No because we gotta have the love triangle between Javier,David and Kate. Although since Javier is a male and Eleanor's a female they'd make a great couple.
They already had the love triangle on Season 3. Season 4 has to be more about Clementine and Javier and his brother won't matter much. However, I still think Kate has to die maybe on Episode 5 of S3 or Episode 1 of S4. David will fall in love with my favorite antagonist for Season 4 LILY! They both have military training.

Once their determinant, they're pretty much on the path to no return. Conrad will most likely be the same as well, which I hope I'm wrong.
Unfortunately almost everyone will die or fall into the abyss of forgotten characters due to being determinant.
