Remember when Lee got bitten by a walker? Well what if I told you Molly could have saved Lee from that infection?
Robert Kirkman once confirmed that antibiotics could stop the bite infection if someone was bitten.
Remember when Molly left the group? She could've found Lee after Clem shot him (But wait Clem shot him so he's dead so you're wrong, I'll get to that in a sec)
Remember when the group had to get medicine for Omid after his leg was bleeding badly? Well Molly could have been given antibiotics or she could've found some herself while they were searching.
Molly could have found Lee lying there and she could have still had antibiotics and given them to Lee and Lee could have probably survived
Now to where I said Clementine shot Lee, well I don't think she didn't actually shoot Lee cause if you look really closely you can see that Clem jerks the gun to the right a little so she could have missed Lee and walked away crying not noticing he's still alive.
I highly doubt TellTale would do this I think they would just keep him dead forever sadly but it's something for TellTale to keep in mind if they wanted to try and figure out how to bring Lee back that is all for my theory thank you for listening.

I even took another search now to make sure, but I can not find Kirkman confirming it anywhere as I thought.
Even then as far as I remember I researched before and came across an article about Komodo Dragons and one happened to do with The Walking Dead! (I am sure if you are interested you can find it rather easily) and they have a bite which carries deadly disease and would require heavy dosages of antibiotics to cure it. (I may be wrong on this since it was a while ago so please correct me if I am wrong)
So essentially it would probably be a waste to even use antibiotics for a bite wound for the characters in any Walking Dead media.
I'm sorry but this is simply not true. Once you get bitten, the only way to save yourself is to amputate the bitten limb ASAP. If you happen to have been bitten on the torso or head... well, you're screwed.
I've never heard of antibiotics stopping an infection ever.
Maybe one time in her past she figured out how to save someone from the bite using antibiotics?
Ik Lee is long gone but I wanted to tell everyone that it could've been possible for Lee to live but that's to late now I get that I'm not like everyone else where they make up stupid theories I actually thought this one through and it actually made sense to me.

Antibiotics stop infections all the time....just never heard of it stopping the walker infection.
Lee couldn't move. He was minutes away from becoming a walker. If antibiotics were to work I think they would have to be administered right after the bite. You didn't explain how Molly knew where Lee was. I guess he got reaaalll lucky too! Lmao

Wrong. I understand your effort, but Lee most likely died from blood loss if you cut his arm. Antibiotics could have only saved him if he had got it way earlier; too much damage was done to his body by the infection that no amount would prevent his turning. Also Clementine did NOT miss. Even if she did, you think she wouldn't take another shot?
It jerked to the right (and right into the camera) because that was the end of Lee's - and the players - journey.
Believe me when I tell you that I'm all open for discussions but this is a discussion that has been brought up so many times, it is unreal. If she really had missed Lee, he probably would've yelled something like: "Clementine?! You kinda missed..." I really don't think that he passed out when he turned his head away from her.
