If you're talking about the promotion picture for episode 5, I think it's the opposite. By putting her in the picture it looks like she survived. She doesn't look like a zombie, she looks like she was in a fire. Which is actually worse for me because I was REALLY hoping she was dead.... Damn it.
I get that it was perhaps misleading, but the episode was meant to be left on a cliffhanger with a potential shootout, so at least you knew he didn't die from that gunfire.
