Lol that's not them saying there's a "hot scene". It's the ratings board saying that there is mild impact of sex, as in something to do with sex might be mentioned. I don't think anyone's gonna fuck lmao.
First of all: that site has absolutely nothing to do with Telltale other than rating their games. Second of all, mild sex impact means there won't be any sort of action going on (as the name already says quite clearly, mild impact), which would be a strong impact for sure. It actually means there won't even be something like a long kiss in this episode, probably only a cryptic mention of sex in passing. Mild impact is only used because they can't say there's no impact. Here are some examples.
A Nest of Vipers (Game of Thrones Episode 5) had moderate sex impact, and it only showed two half-naked (if that) people after having sex, not the act itself.
A New Frontier: Season Pass Disc (which was rated long before the game was out, so only deals with Episodes "1" and "2") also had moderate sex impact, and it only was Javier talking about boners, Kate saying she needs to get laid and (I guess) Kate and Javier kissing.
