The way I see it, as long as TWD comic continues, so does the game. Walking Dead is Telltale's cash cow and I don't see them ending the seri… morees while the comic continues.
That and the fans absolutely love Clementine and want to see her grow up to an adult (I know I do.)
Looking at the Minecraft DLC episodes the mod linked, it looks like they'll be a post-game substory. In that case I can see the DLC being Clem on her pursuit of AJ.
Assuming so, the comment by telltale where they say Gabentine "is up to Clem to decide" makes sense.
You play as Clem and can decide to reject Gabe or not.
That would be cool. Especially if Javi is the sidekick in the story.

There is also problem that people tend to watch it on youtube rather than buy and play it which kinda sucks from telltale´s point of view because they aint got money out of it. They would have sold 6x times more copies if people hadnt been so scroogey.

TNF didn't sell as well as season 1 and 2 by far, but it still sold. And they know why it didn't sell. (no clem, no hubs, short, treated Ken… moreny/Jane poorly, etc). They're not gonna let go of the franchise that has the potential to make them reliably financially successful.
I don't think we'll ever see an adult Clementine or at least for awhile since the game apparently can't pass the current timeline of the comic series which I believe has not progressed that far into the future.

Well, personally I find Javier very uninteresting, thats not to say that the only thing I will ever like is Clem as the protagonist, although its what I wish the most, however if it wont be Clementine, I hope they either go with an old man Joel/Hershel style, or an adult woman as the protagonist, I just feel like shying away from Clementine would be a bad move, since they would alienate ALOT of their fanbase, and I doubt they will ever be able to pull in as big a fanbase as they did with season 1
Yeeeah well didn't they kinda replaced her as the main character already? I think it's stupid too, and I hate to be driven away from her lik… moree that after all we've been through in s1&2, but that's just what I see happening in s3, and I can't see it suddenly change back to all-Clem story in s4.
That would actually be cool, somehow reuniting with Christa, however it would have to be set after A New Frontier, since she would probably have to die if it was before, since she isnt in A New Frontier, and I dont want another one of Clems guardians (although not as influencial as Lee) to die
I remember my reaction when I saw Kenny in season, I imagine seeing Christa again would be the same.
What about a story where you meet Lilly again? assuming she isnt dead, it would be interesting to see how many people still have enmity towards her for her stunt in season 1 (since I assume telltales attempt to pull in new players is not going too well with A New Frontier, and I assume most of the people playing are still on from season 1)

There's always the chance its a Javier DLC since telltale is pushing Javier as the main protagonist of the series now. Most may not like it, but if there is DLC it'll most likely be about Javier.
If it's just additional episodes, then there's high chances it is actually Javier. Honestly, I kind of want it to be. Clem can have season 4 to herself, but we all know the franchise will sell even worse if Javier is the star of next season. So I personally think its better for him to be the star of the DLC since his season is already super short. He needs the development time.
