Was killing Dr. Lingard worth it???

We all know Dr. Lingard was an Addict even in the flash back when Clem was going too steal the medicine just too save AJ's life he was (high) n drugs and in (episode 4) he requested for Javier too inject him so that he doesn't have to deal with (Joan) or care for other people. In my play trough I had to respect his wishes.

What do you think about Dr. Lingard was it worth killing him??

Let me know in the comments bellow.

  • I think it was. I didn't want him to suffer anymore.

  • Considering the fact that he only wanted to die because he thought David was gonna die then i think he would ve stopped suffering after David came back alive.

Personally I don't think it was worth killing him since we all know that we'll find AJ regardless of killing Lingard or not. Not to mention Lingard ultimately gave up because he assumed David was dead which he is not which I believe would give him reason to live If he finds out David is alive. Also Lingard could pull a S1 Kenny where be finds a renewed purpose to live in life and has the will to live.

  • I agree. I feel like this is part of an ongoing issue with being able to 'game' choices, having experience with telltale games.

Feels like a false reward, since I can't see it being the only way to find AJ.

The guy was a waste of space and was using up all the morphine, couple that with Clem's thievery and with me stealing all the codine he was just to much of a drain on the medical supplies.

  • Lingard wasn't thinking clearly. There should be other way to find out where AJ is and instead of killing him he can either step down from the council or actually kill himself, but I ain't helping him.

  • He wasn't really in the right frame of mind to go making a huge decision like that. Also, doctors are valuable, especially in the apocalypse.

No, it isn't worth it. I thought it was pretty obvious (knowing Telltale) that we would find out about AJ regardless (most likely from Lingard himself once he sees David is still alive and is sober again). Besides, he's a doctor in the ZA. He's kinda useful.
