Calling it "the best Walking Dead story ever told" is a hell of a boast.

  • availble

  • It may be a glitchy unfinished/unpolished version of the final textures. People noticed in the Ep4 trailer Javi didn't have a hand at one point. In the final version Javi still has his hand. I doubt they'd show Javi's death scene/bite scene in the 1 minute trailer, if so it really is Lazy Telltale..

  • 0:39 you can see Kate.

  • Ikr?? That key art and the trailer, I dunno but, I swear Telltale has planned this all along to be misleading AF

  • this has happened w the other episodes too. kate still had a prominent role in episode 4, yet she wasn't in the keyart. tripp, ava, and david were in it, but they didn't have large roles.

  • She's driving a tractor in the background at one point.

  • When Clem says "Ive been here before" does it mean in this situation or in this place? Hopefully some more backstory...

  • Hahaha. They really did spell available wrong XD

  • I'm enjoying it more than s2 tbh

"Easily the best worst Walking Dead story ever told (except for maybe Fear the Walking Dead)" ftfy

  • I looked over the trailer again, and I can confirm that either Gabe or David are dying in Richmond. At first I thought it was Kate, but you can see her in a tractor during the scene where Jesus is riding a horse and killing walkers. So I'm assuming she's safe. As for Gabe or David, not so much.

Gabe: Javier is raising is gun with Clem watching on with a sad look and so does Javier. Knowing Clem, she wouldn't be sad by David's death since she hates him, but Gabe is her friend. That's the right reaction to watching a friend die. Also, you can hear Gabe scream "DAD!" and look around in shock. Also notice that he's doing this in the same area Clem and Javi are in. And the buildings around them look similar to the ones David and Javi look at while standing on the freeway. So at this point they're either out of Richmond or looking down at it. If Gabe gets bit, David will have a breakdown and couldn't bring himself to put him down, thus asking Javi to do it since he's a "better man than he ever was".

David: This one is probably the route Telltale is taking; making Javi kill his own brother. We've been predicting this since Episode 3. It's so obvious at this point that it's a 80% it's going to happen. They fight, Javi realizes his brother is too dangerous, and puts him down with Gabe watching.

I might be overthinking this, but I'm putting my 2 cents in on this. Either Gabe or David is going to die this episode.

  • Eh...preferably David.

  • the scene where javi is about to shoot is most likely him putting kate down; you can hear her breathing. in the trailer i can't really tell whether gabe is just yelling or saying "dad." i don't see javi killing david, at least due to what i've seen in the trailer; i see gabe or clem shooting him in order to stop the fight.

  • Telltale misspelled available....

    That's a D minus right there.

  • It'd be cool if her decision to officially join Javier's group at the end of the season or not is determinant on how she feels about groups based on your decisions from the first two seasons, but seeing as how her character in this season so far is essentially the same no matter what your decisions were in the first two seasons, I doubt this will be the case.

  • As much as I have enjoyed ANF, I have to admit the E5 trailer is probably the worst out of any of TWDG trailers, feels like it was rushed to the maximum.

  • and season 2 s trailer showed 2 seconds of actual episode footage.
