This is bullshit (Episode 5 Spoilers)

Did Telltale forget that these characters exist?

Max, Lonnie, Clint, Joan

All of them are determinant. There's a guaranteed way that at least one of them is still alive.

But none of them had a fucking appearance in the finale. Even if 3 of those characters aren't killed, none of them appears.

What the fuck?

Seriously...

  • i'm pretty sure they cut A LOT of shit or just rewrote the entire thing. there were leaked choices that were legit that had a lot to do w eleanor, joan, and clint, but now it's all bullshit. there were many pros in the finale, but there were still a lot of cons with the lack of utilization of certain characters, a cashcow milking cliffhanger, etc

They didnt paid attention so much to minor characters. Because they had to made an ending to ANF so they could get back to Guardians of The Galaxy (Its my guess at least). I honestly dont care about them so much. It is not a minus point in my opinion.

  • Seems like all care and love for determinates was invested in Conrad, the rest wasn't enough important to catch TT's interest.

  • Yeah. The leaked choices some time ago show that they probably scrapped and re-wrote this episode again. You simply can't write a good story when you scrap and change so much stuff all the time. You need a clear route from start to finish first, before the actual development even starts.

  • Cutting stuff from a rewritten season which barely even counts as a season by it's length.

    Lame.

  • then making the majority of the main cast determinant, but basically confirm that the next installment is about finding aj so you may never see javi again. you could make like gabe or kate live and then javi sticks with clem so the season may have an impact, but no

  • True. Conrad, a guy who takes children as hostages and is dead for like 80% of the playerbase since episode 2 anyway.

  • I wonder if they rewrote the episode because they knew the choices would be leaked before release?

Either that or the original ending wouldn't please everybody so they went down the multiple endings path like in S2.
