My opinion of the Episode 5 Ending (Episode 5 Spoilers)
Original Thread Title: Telltale tried to please everyone with the endings
They actually made a Gabentine ending which I seriously did not expect. Well, I'm just happy Gabe is a determinant character now meaning we wont be seeing his face in season 4.

I'm not so sure I can trust the mutliple endings thing anymore. It, uh... hasn't gone too well in the past.
Gabentine ending? You mean the one where Gabe lives? That's not really a Gabentine ending. A Gabentine ending will be them kissing.
Well there was heavy implication that Clementine actually had a crush on Gabe. I find it weird since Clem's character in episode 5 changed dramatically and all of a sudden she started showing concern for Gabe. From episode 1-4, Clem really didn't have any interest in Gabe and she really only approached him to keep him calm. But it looked like that they really wanted them closer in this episode to make a Gabentine ending possible.
They might not go through with it considering Gabe is determinant and she might've showed concern as a friend like she does with Duck.
meh, I was happy with season 2 endings. I have a feeling that we wont be seeing Kate and Gabe in the next season even if they both survived.
At first I was too, but I really didn't like the payoff of those in season 3, though. I just hope they won't make the same mistake again.
Once a character has a death scenario, it means that they wont be making it in the next season. So I highly doubt their relationship will advance beyond what we saw. Also, I felt like the ending was set up to continue with CLEM's story. Not Gabe. Not Javi. It means that the next season is probably her looking for AJ alone. This may be the end of Javi, Gabe and Kate story.
ah you mean how Kenny and Jane just got killed off and it ended up so anticlimactic? I kinda was disapointed after all that how Kenny just died from a car crash and how Jane just hung herself. But because of this, I'm positive that the determinant characters in this season wont be making a return in the next season.
