What choice leads to this scene?(Episode 5 spoilers)

Well, ive watched a few walkthroughs and there was that thing. During Javier and David fight Clementine either shoots David in the arm or just points her gun at him. Do you guys know what choice actually determines what she will do? Thats really interesting

  • I think Clementine shoots David if Javier makes no effort fight back while David is trying to choke him to death.

  • Makes sense i guess. Thanks!

Dont know if i can leave any links here, but AFGuides actually posted a video "Fight David Vs Dont fight" and in it Clem shoots David in both versions. Thats why i think its interesting

  • Actually, in my play through I didn't fight back and clem just pointed the gun and then shot the walker.

  • I fought back after the first time he hit me with the wrench but Clem still shot him.

Apparently it's based on whether or not you shot Kenny.

  • Interesting. Some choices are carried over back from Season 2 after all.

    Thank you.

  • My Javi confessed his bro crush the whole time and Clem still didn't shoot. There's seems to be more than just one or two variables.

  • Like people said it's probably if you shot Kenny because I said "I love you" all the times and didn't fight and David did not get shot.
