How do i get clementine to go with kate?!

I have been trying to get the ending were gabe dies but every time i get to the choice to save richmond or go after david and gabe, clem always either says to split up or that she is gonna go after gabe! How do i get her to eithet follow me or go with kate?! Any help would be great.

    2. Inject AJ and spit on David's face in EP3

    Trust me, I did the same and it worked.

    There are 3 ways:
    1.Accept Ava's offer and inject AJ which will make Clem loyal to Javi.
    2. Reject Ava's offer, inject AJ and spit in Davids face making her cold.
    3. Accept Ava's offer, inject AJ and spit in Davids face making her bold and follow Javi's lead.

    I've been trying too. I have tried to go back to a different save file and just start episode 5 right away by skipping the ones in between. But this deletes everything prior to episode 5 and gives me random computer generated choices. And I always end up with the missing finger Clementine Which was highly frustrating. Would refusing to shake Ava's hand after banishment help too?

    Does it matter which version of Clementine it is as well? Like tatt Clem, cheek scar Clem, forehead scratched Clem, amputated finger Clementine etc..?

    I have said this so many times in YouTube comments:

    The only thing that matters, are the flashbacks of Clementine. That's all. Not the version of Clementine. Just the major decisions in the flashbacks (e.g: Shaking Ava's hand, Spitting on David or not.)

    These choices is what make Clementine choose with who to go with.

    What fustrated me the most were the glitches out of nowhere breaking the game. I never lost a save file. I have it on my PS4

    I have said this so many times in YouTube comments.

    But it's not exactly common knowledge here. It's even harder than it was to figure out how to get Kenny to happily go with Lee and help find season one Clementine.

    That way your Clementine will be family-oriented. Which, I think, she is. Or at least that's what my Lee and what Kenny taught her. (Given you went with Kenny.)
