Doesn't matter if you hated **** or not, that death scene was the most emotional.

So I just finished Episode 5 and got the ending in which Kate is dead, but Gabe and David are alive. I decided to check which characters can actually be determinant and after seeing Gabe on the list I went to check out the death scene.

I legit cried as hard, if not harder than when Lee was dying. That scene was done perfectly and imo is the most emotional scene from the whole series. Anyone else feel the same?

  • No way David's is way better imo

  • I'm still not sure how many endings there really are, I know one (I'm not sure if there's more) is that you just find David dead, which was pretty meh for me.

I've only really cried twice while playing The Walking Dead. When Lee died and when Gabe died.

  • Nope David can have a death scene way sadder than Gabes imo

  • I cried when Javier made Clem's hair ugly.

  • We can agree on that.

  • It was sad, but no where near as sad as Lee.

  • I can't find any death scenes for David apart from the off-screen one :/

  • I truly dont understand why Gabe's scene was so moving. I mean it was sad but not earth shattering, plus i thought most people hated him?

  • Which one? It hope you don't mean Gabe.

    Cause no shit.

  • Eh didn't cry when Lee died, sure as hell didn't cry when Gabe died. I'll admit it's sad but the kid spent 4/5 episodes being an annoying little shit to me so I wasn't broke up over it.

  • Yep, in my game, David got a shitty off-screen death and Gabe was bitten, so I put him down. I definitely wasn't sad at all, David's death (where Kate goes missing and Gabe lives) is way better. Still didn't cry tho.

  • Gabe's death is sad and all, but it definitely didn't make me shed a tear. Though saddest bit is him giving the cards to Clementine and handing the gun to him. Nothing is going to be more emotional than Lee's death

  • Yeahh.......... No way. The Gabe death scene was not even close to being emotional for me. Lee's death scene 10/10. Kenny s2 death 7/10. Wellington Scene s2 8/10. Gabe's Death 5/10.

  • Kenny s2 death 7/10
    Wellington Scene s2 8/10

Whatever you're smoking, I want three of them

    Clem,Aj, and Javi deaths.

  • Absolutely fucking not. More emotional than Lee's death? Get the hell outta here. Sure, it wasn't happy or cheerful, but I didn't cry at all during his death. Telltale gave us zero time to get attached to the characters emotionally, and at this point, the next time I'll cry during their game is if Clem ever dies (I hope not!).

  • Clem

    I doubt she'll die

    Aj

I'm not at that level of attachment to cry over AJ more than I did for Lee

    Javi

    No.

Nothing is going to be more emotional than Lee's death. Clem,Aj, and Javi deaths.

  • It took him death to get out of the friend zone (determinately).
