    It better be.

Fix everything this season did wrong. That includes:

    • More Clementine (make her a main character again)
    • Give us longer episodes again
    • Give us hubs again
    • Don't try and go for "ACTION ACTION ACTION" but also give us more calm moments (like S1 and S2)
    • Make us CARE about the characters (like S1 and S2)
    • There's more which I'm sure you know about.

Note how everything has been done before in S1 or S2 which means that we know Telltale is capable of doing those things, they just refuse to do so.

    • PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, WE HAVE BEEN BEGGING SINCE 2013, WE WANT LONGER EPISODES. STOP GIVING US THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE WANT WHEN IT'S CLEAR WHAT WE WANT
    • Make clem act more like herself
    • choices that matter
    • Play as clem, please lord
    • HUBS HUBS HUBS HUBS HUBS
    • PUZZLES PUZZLES PUZZLES PUZZLES
    • Char. Development + downtime to relax
    • SLAUGHTERHOUSE
    • Never make the same mistake again of switching protagonists. It just doesn't work.
    • Closure on the characters that were abandoned and left determinate.

"Hey, did you hear about A New Frontier?"
    shudders
"...We don't talk about A New Frontier."

    2/5

Episode 5 is extremely diverse. I love it. BUT the handling of David's character and the pacing was messy.

I wish for more episodes but it's pretty clear it is done.

I hope we see Javier as a major, unkillable character like Clem

  • 6.3/10 for the overall series. EP3&EP5 were pretty good and I give them credit for trying several different concepts and using determinant characters in a proper manner. Overall the series suffered from lack of planning, inconsistent writing, poorly paced, poorly written characters, false advertising, unnecessary sub love plots and forced drama.

    2) And, will Episode 5 be the last of season 3?

Yes. I'm not expecting any surprise episode

    3) What are your hopes/expectations for season 4?

    • Longer episodes
    • No doddle E,E,E / Q,Q,Q sequences
    • Less hollywood-movie action
    • Lots of hubs
    • Better character development
    • Not killing off characters in a cheaply fashion
    • More laid-back moments like the ski lodge in S2
    • Better pacing
  • Meh I would say 3/5
Yes this is the end of season 3 cause they made sure to wrap it up and give Javi story a satisfying ending.

  • 1) Out of 5 Stars (5 being the highest) How do you Rate Epsode 5 of TWD Season 3?

At least 3.5, I guess. What it was was pretty good, what it is for the Installment/series is where it has issues.

    2) And, will Episode 5 be the last of season 3?

I assume, unless they give us another episode to expand and development certain characters and elements based on your choices.

    3) What are your hopes/expectations for season 4?

    None.

  • 3.5/5 - I want to comment on this. Based on what I'm seeing around here, this episode seems to have the exact same issue that the 5th episode of GoT had: The behavior of a character makes a lot of sense if you play in a certain way, but it is extremely inconsistent if you play in a different way. This results on some people liking it and some people hating it.

There might be DLC for this season. The hook in the end of Episode 5 can be a DLC hook instead of a sequel hook.

My expectations for Season 4... Well, I don't know. I would like to see longer episodes, yeah. And I hope Jesus bumps into Clem again, he is a wonderful person. But as much as I love him, they can't overdo the cameo either. What was nice about Jesus in ANF is that he didn't detract from the main characters, he didn't steal the spotlight: He was just there, being awesome. I like that, I want to see more cameos like that and less cameos like the GoT ones (NO cameos like Ramsay anymore, please).

  • What do you mean when you say "More Hubs"? Sorry idk much about telltale games terminologies.

    1. 2,5/5

    2. I hope not, but it probably will be, concerning how vocal the criticism of this season has been.

    3. Longer episodes, more character development, better pacing, story without major plot-holes and story with consistent characters.

A hub is an area in the game where the character is able to move around freely, examine objects, and interact with characters determinately. If you look in the telltale games from TWD S1/S2, TWAU, GoT, and TFBL, you'll see them a lot.

There were barely any hubs for the first three episodes, and at least episode four had some hubs for us to explore.

The importance of hubs changes depending on what you do; you could reconcile a character relation either with yourself or another character, give advice, receive it, and solve puzzles on your own. But many fans want hubs because it slows down the gameplay for an opportunity to relax and reflect on what just happened.

Not to mention they provide atmosphere as well.
