Here are the choices for Season 2's fourth episode, with bonus choices:

1. What became of Sarita's fate:
Kenny removes her arm at Parker's Run: If Carley survives (S1 Ep 3), brought with Lee (S1 Ep 4) and kill walker attacking Sarita, Kenny will hack off Sarita's arm before you arrive, saving her from the infection.
Outcomes:
⦁ Sarita will live on past this point (S2 Ep 4-5)
⦁ Kenny will thank you for saving her
Sarita is killed at Carver's Camp: If you chop her arm off, she is killed by the herd and won't be with Kenny at Parker's Run
Outcomes:
⦁ Kenny will blame you for Sarita's death
Sarita dies of infection at Parker's Run: If Carley is dead and walker attacking Sarita is killed, Kenny will be sat beside her at Parker's Run as they say their goodbyes.
Outcomes:
⦁ Kenny kills Sarita before she turns (S2 Ep 4)
2. Did you help or leave Sarah:
Convince Her to Come: Tell her how our friends make us stronger and want us to survive and she will start to see sense. She will immediately leave with you, allowing Nick to escape also, if saved.
Outcomes:
⦁ Sarah (and Nick) will live past this point
⦁ Sarah will thank you for helping her
⦁ Nick will be grateful for you saving her
Slap Her to Come: If you fail to convince her to leave, you will go back for her and slap her before the walkers break in. You and Sarah will escape, but Nick, if saved, will be devoured.
Outcomes:
⦁ Sarah will later die at the observation deck
Leave Her To Die: You will walk away and join the others out of the trailer and watch as Sarah (and Nick) are devoured by walkers.
Outcomes:
⦁ Sarah (and Nick) will be dead past this point
⦁ Luke will feel bad for leaving them to die
3. Did you rob Arvo:
Take Medicine: Take the bag from Arvo and he will try to threaten you before Jane threatens to kill him, but lets him go.
Outcomes:
⦁ Arvo's group will come after all of you
⦁ Nick will use the medicine to keep the group in well condition
⦁ Rebecca's fate:
⦁ If Nick is alive, he will use the medicine for Rebecca to prevent her from getting serious ill.
⦁ She will later be shot and killed by Arvo's group (S2 Ep 5)
⦁ If Nick is dead, no one will know how to use the supplies on Rebecca.
⦁ She will die, reanimate and be shot by Clem/Kenny (S2 Ep 4)
Return Medicine: Put the pills back in his back and give it to him, Jane will threaten to kill him if he comes back.
Outcomes:
⦁ Arvo's group will come after only Jane
⦁ You will have no medicine for the group
4: Did you go through the ticket booth:
Crawl through: You will try to squeeze through, but will get stuck and attacked by a walker and kill it.
Outcomes:
⦁ Bonnie and Mike will regret letting you go through
Refuse: You let Bonnie squeeze her arm through to try and unlock the door
5: Did you save Sarah a second time:
(This choice is available, depending on previous choices)
Save Her: Drop Jane down to help Sarah out of the wreckage of the deck, but fails to save her. If Nick survives, he will help lift the wreckage so Jane can pull her out and will be attacked by walkers, which you will have to shoot to save him.
Outcomes:
⦁ Sarah (and Nick) will live on past this point, if saved at the trailer park first
Help Jane: Pull Jane up on to the deck to safety as Sarah (and Nick) are devoured by walkers.
Outcomes:
⦁ Sarah and Nick will be dead past this point
6. Did you hold Rebecca's baby:
Hold Him: Accept her offer and hold the baby. You will help the baby go to sleep.
Outcomes:
⦁ The baby will like you
Reject Him: Refuse to hold the baby and Rebecca will try to put him to sleep.
Outcomes:
⦁ You and the baby won't bond with each other
7: Did you stop/shoot Rebecca:
(This choice can change, depending on previous choices)
Stop Her: If Rebecca is alive, she will begin to pull out a pistol and aim for Arvo. You will grab her arm to try and disarm her, causing her to shoot Natasha instead.
Outcomes:
⦁ The group will thank you for trying to stop her (S2 Ep 5)
Shoot Her: If Rebecca dies of illness, she will begin to turn and try to eat the baby. You will shoot her in the head, saving her child.
Outcomes:
⦁ The group will thank you for saving the baby (S2 Ep 5)
Call For Help: You will call for help and Kenny will immediately shoot her. If she is alive, he will shoot her arm, causing her to shoot Natasha. If she turns, he will shoot her in the head, saving the baby.
Outcomes:
⦁ The group will thank Kenny for saving the baby (S2 Ep 5)
