I just saw the season is selling at a 40% discount right now. Great money saving, buying the season pass when the game first released? What a crock! They better be giving away DLC.

    When buying it early, I accept the fact it will be sold for cheaper later and see it as getting to 'experience it' along with the community. Guessing what will happen next, sharing your thoughts about characters ect. Of course you could just watch gameplay footage and do the same, but I would argue you don't get the same effect.

    I don't think a forty percent decrease on the day of the last episodes releases is the same thing as a price drop for an older game. I also wouldn't consider buying the season pass on the day it released early.
