I can't help but notice, in the final scene of the episode... what happened to the third bodyguard?
So Daniel headbutts the first guy and shoots him, then he shoots the second guy.
Then a third guy starts running towards him, but trips and falls over. Then he's never seen again. He wasn't shot by Daniel, so what happened, exactly?
Did one of the prisoners kick him off the dam? If so, that also means the episode's name is wrong-- Daniel says he killed 96 people, and the name of the episode is 100, a reference to his new kill count (the bodyguards and Dante)... but if he didn't kill that third guy, it'd only be 99 people.

DAniel brought the dude that DAnte threw off up there so maybe counting him.

Oh damn it, of course. I was so caught up in this little mystery that I forgot about how Daniel literally just marched a guy to his death.
Yeah, that probably explains it, then. I guess the third bodyguard got kicked off the dam by Efrain.
