Here are the choices for Season 1's fourth episode, with bonus choices:

1. Did you help Chuck or follow group:
Help Chuck: Run back towards Chuck and help kill the walkers. The rest of the group will escape while the three (four) of you escape from more incoming walkers.
Outcomes:
⦁ Chuck will survive, but later die at the house (Ep 5)
Follow Group: Keep running towards the group and Chuck will be left behind while you escape the herd of walkers.
Outcomes:
⦁ Chuck will be killed in the tunnels by walkers (Ep 4)
2. Did you kill Fivel/Anna:
(This choice can change depending on previous choices)
Help Chuck: Lee, Clem, Chuck (and Carley) will run throw multiple alleyways, escaping the walkers until they reach a supermarket to rest up in. After making your way throw to the emergency exit, you will hear a scream coming from the store room and find a pregnant Anna going into labour. You and Chuck will help deliver a healthy baby boy who she names Tommy before she dies of blood loss. Chuck (and Carley) will said that her suffering must be ended.
⦁ Kill Anna Yourself: Ask Chuck to take Clem, Tommy (and Carley) to the exit while you stay to prevent her from turning. You can shoot or stab her in the head and cover her corpse with her blanket before heading to the exit to rejoin the group and head down to the river.
Outcomes:
⦁ Clementine and Chuck will respect your decision
⦁ Carley will ask you to do the same thing if it happens to her (if she doesn't take the pills)
⦁ Chuck Kills Her: Tell Chuck to do it while you take Clem and Tommy to the exit whilst Chuck (and Carley) stays to prevent he r from turning. They later join you at the alleyway.
Outcomes:
⦁ Chuck will regret having to kill the woman
Follow Group: Lee and the group make their way into the backyard of an empty mansion and soon get inside to rest up. After clearing and securing the house, Kenny finds a child walker in the attic who had starved to death, but Kenny doesn't know what to do.
⦁ Kill Him Yourself: You will shoot, bash or stomp his head to kill him before taking him outside to be buried with his dog.
Outcomes:
⦁ Kenny will be thankful you did that for him
⦁ Kenny Kills Him: Give him your gun and make himshoot the boy before taking him outside to be buried with his dog.
Outcomes:
⦁ Kenny will thank you for helping him
⦁ Christa Kills Him: Leave the attic and Christa will go up to kill the boy herself before taking him outside to be buried with his dog.
Outcomes:
⦁ Christa will judge you for not making a tough choice
3. How did you deal with Vernon:
Rational/Honest: Reason calmly and truthfully with his group and he will lower his gun.
Outcomes:
⦁ Vernon's group will trust you
Threaten/Lie: Don't tell your story and threaten to kill them if they don't help you.
Outcomes:
⦁ Vernon's group won't trust you
4. Did you bring Clemtine to Crawford:
Bring Her: You will take Clem with you to Crawford and she will stay in the classroom.
Outcomes:
⦁ Clem will shoot the walkers attacking Molly
Leave Her: Make her stay at the house with Omid (along with Carley, Chuck and Tommy) and wait for you to come back.
Outcomes:
⦁ You (or Carley) will have to shoot the walkers attacking Molly
5. Did you leave Ben to die:
Let Him Go: Drop him down the tower and he will be devoured by walkers.
Outcomes:
⦁ Kenny will be happy
⦁ Clementine will be upset
Pull Him Up: Lift him up to safety and escape the tower immediately.
Outcomes:
⦁ Kenny will hate you for saving him
⦁ Clementine will appreciate you saving him
⦁ Ben's fate:
⦁ If Harry survives, he'll help Kenny save him and appear in a wheelchair at the lodge (S2 Ep 2)
⦁ If Harry dies, he'll be trapped in the alleyway and be shot out of mercy by Kenny (Ep 5)
6. Did you tell about your bite:
Tell The Group: Show your bite to the group and they will be shocked.
Outcomes:
⦁ They will appreciate your honesty
Hide The Bite: Roll down your sleeve and act natural to the group.
Outcomes:
⦁ They won't appreciate you hiding the bite
7: Who came with you:
(People can come with you, depending on what choices you make that have effected the group in anyway.)
Kenny:
⦁ Side with Kenny (Ep 1)
⦁ Kill Duck yourself (Ep 3)
Carley:
⦁ Save Harry (Ep 1)
⦁ Save Her and Doug (Ep 1)
⦁ Take Her Pills (Ep 3)
Harry:
⦁ Save Him (Ep 1)
⦁ Save Larry (Ep 2)
⦁ Keep Lilly (Ep 3)
⦁ Save Ben (Ep 4)
Ben:
⦁ Be kind to him on the train (Ep 3)
⦁ Save him in Crawford (Ep 4)
Christa & Omid:
⦁ Show the bite (Ep 4)
Chuck:
⦁ Help Him (Ep 4)
(He will stay with Tommy to defend the boat, regardless on what other choices you make. He will be found dead in the shed in Ep 5, with Tommy taken by Vernon's group.)
