Here are the choices for Season 1's DLC "400 Days", with bonus choices:

1. Who's foot did you shoot off (Vince - Day 2):
Danny: Pull the chain to get Danny down and shoot the chain and his foot off and Justin will leave the bus with you. You will have the choice either to leave him in the bus to die or drag him out to take with you.
Outcomes:
⦁ Justin will leave you sometime after
⦁ Danny will be at the camp, if helped out of the bus
⦁ You (and Danny) will go with Tavia
Justin: Pull the chain to get Justin down and shoot the chain and his foot off and Danny will leave the bus with you. You will have the choice either to leave him in the bus to die or drag him out to take with you.
Outcomes:
⦁ Danny will die sometime before Shel & Becca arrives
⦁ Justin will be at the camp, if helped out of the bus
⦁ You (and Justin) won't go with Tavia
2. Did you leave the car (Wyatt - Day 41):
Stay in Car: Eddie will leave the car to help the cop and you will be forced to drive away after being attacked by Nate, leaving Eddie behind.
Outcomes:
⦁ You will have Eddie's car at the camp
⦁ The cop will be a watchdog (Shel)
⦁ You will go with Tavia
Leave the Car: You will leave the car to help the cop. You will have the choice to get the cop to the car or leave him on the road to be eaten by incoming walkers. On the way back, Eddie is attacked by Nate and drives off, abandoning you.
Outcomes:
⦁ You won't have Eddie's car at the camp
⦁ A grave for the cop will appear at the camp
⦁ You won't go with Tavia
3. Did you stay with Nate (Russell - Day 184):
Leave Him: You will tell him he is crazy and walk out of the diner. You will hear two gunshots coming from inside, indicating that Nate killed the old couple.
Outcomes:
⦁ You will go with Tavia
⦁ The old couple will be used as watchdogs (Shel)
Kill Him: Attempt to grab his gun and you will both fight over it. You will pin him to the ground and shoot him in the eye, missing his brain, but dies of blood loss. You then help the old man with his wife and soon leave the diner.
Outcomes:
⦁ The old couple will be at the camp
⦁ You and the couple will go with Tavia
⦁ Nate will be used as a watchdog (Shel)
Stay with Him: Agree in taking from the old people and you will be given the choice to kill the couple yourself or let Nate do it
Outcomes:
⦁ You won't go with Tavia
⦁ The old couple will be used as watchdogs (Shel)
4. Were you honest with Leland (Bonnie - Day 220):
Truth: Tell Leland you accidentally killed Dee and didn't know it was her. He will respect your honesty, but will slighty be mad at you. He will later forgive you.
Outcomes:
⦁ Leland's fate:
⦁ If you say you didn't mean it, he will be with you at the camp
⦁ If you say she deserved it, he will stay with he rand be killed by Roman
⦁ You (and Leland) will go with you
Lie: Tell Leland you found Dee dead in the field and he won't want to leave her, but have to. He will see through your lies and leave you later on.
Outcomes:
⦁ Leland won't be with you at camp
5. Did you leave or kill Stephanie (Shel - Days 236 & 259):
Kill Stephanie: Grab your gun and go to the truck to shoot Stephanie.
Outcomes:
⦁ You and Becca won't go with Tavia
⦁ The RV won't be at the camp
Leave Camp: Grab the key and start up the RV to escape with Becca (and Boyd). Becca will soon forgive you.
Outcomes:
⦁ Boyd will be with you at camp, if you also kill the scavenger
⦁ The RV will be at the camp
⦁ You, Becca (and Boyd) will go with Tavia
6. Did you end your mother's suffering (Luke - Days 345 & 346):
Luke & Nick come back to an old farmhouse with gas to help Pete with his truck before heading to Luke's family home to find his parents and brother. Few hours later, they reach the house go inside to find someone. After being attacked by his walker father, you rush to the bedroom to find your mother in her bed, in a very sick state. She reveals she was bitten by her husband trying to "calm him down".
Kill Her: After dying in her sleep, you will shoot or stab her in the head to prevent her from turning.
Leave Her: You will grab your mother's family bracelet and walk out of the room, leaving her to turn.
7. Who joined Tavia (Tavia - Day 400):
Vince:
⦁ Shoot Danny's foot
Wyatt:
⦁ Stay in Eddie's car
Russell:
⦁ Leave/Kill Nate
Bonnie:
(She will go with her, regardless of previous choices)
Shel:
⦁ Leave Roman's camp
Luke:
(He will go with her, regardless of previous choices)
