If you don't like a decision you have made exit to main menu just after the the decision and then continue and it will start before it so you make a different choice. .

    Telltale removed the rewind feature from Batman onwards so there is no way to quickly go back and change your choices in ANF without restarting the whole episode.

    I think they mean that you can quit the game and then just press continue episode and it'll go back to your last autosave. Assuming you didn't finish the episode already.
