I found Lilly!

So was Lilly the same Lilly that killed Lori and Judy? Time line kinda works. I'm talking about the chick that ends up killing the Governor. CAuse if that is her then she is dead in the prison.

  • No. It's been confirmed that they're two separate characters.

  • They were originally supposed to be the same person but something got messed up so they had to make them separate.

Do they even look alike? Right now I'm re-reading the comic books and I just got past the part were Rick loses his hand. I got a feeling I have a little further to go before I find this "Lilly" character to find out myself and I don't want to skim through the comic for it.

  • She shows up right after Lori and Judith are gunned down. So the end of Volume 8.

  • Would of been way cooler if they had kept it the way it was suppose to be. The comic Lilly even looks like the game Lilly somewhat.

  • The Lilly in the game does look similar to the Lilly in the comic but as others have said they aren't the same character. The Lilly in the comic pretty much was created strictly for one purpose only and then she was gone and her story has been told through the novel ever since.

Perhaps Kirkman gave the go ahead to do the novels for her because he wanted to expand on the character more than TellTale would have been able to.

Okay. Then I got some reading to do.

  • Originally it was the same Lilly but Kirkman retconned that in order to have the Lilly in the comics be a separate character with her own backstory.

They even had to rename the trophy for that scene from "Road to Woodbury" to "What now?"

  • "Road to Woodbury"

Woodbury bound. Road To Woodbury is the name of the novel.
