    I haven't heard about this meeting until this point so I would appreciate clarification as well. Though topic of presentation "Road to IP success" probably explains it all. All these companies are involved in expansion of WD universe via games(don't forget about Overkill's The Walking dead which is missing there for some reason).So...my guess is that its just annual meeting where these companies negotiate with skybound about their vision of their games.
