How should season 4 or 5 finish Clem's story?

I think that season 4 should wrap up this AJ stuff and make Clem the main character again. Season 5 should have her like 20 years old and she should run into Lily (I think that was her name) from season 1. In the ending I think she should have an option to stay with whatever group she's found or be like “There's someone I need to talk to" and split ways. If you choose the leave option she goes back to where Lee is handcuffed and depending on if you shot him or left , she'll explain to a corpse or zombie, all of what happened season 1-5 to him before she buries him. Like she met, who died from the original group, AJ, how she liked Gabe, etc. And credits.

  • I always pictured S1 Clem would eventually find a community and grow up to become a teacher like Lee. Now i have no idea how they'll end it.

  • Have her walk off into the sunset with AJ, leaving her status alive but end her story. It will sort be like a bittersweet ending. I don't see Clem's story ending happy.

The worst possible thing to do is kill her off. That would mean every season of TWD is for nothing and Telltale is basically throwing money down the drain. If Telltale doesn't know what to do with her next, just have Kirkman write her in the comics. That's the best solution.

  • Yeah...lets not do S5 at all.

  • Season 4 should just focus on finding AJ which is at a Farm...(Or So we thought?)

I just think we should bring back some of the New Frontier Characters back such as Clint/Joan ,Max/Lonnie depending on the choices you did on (ANF) which I'm looking Foward too playing in 2 years or less.

  • which I'm looking Foward too playing in 2 years or less

...which I'm looking Foward too playing in 2 years or More.
    That's the correct sentence.

Season 4 should just focus on finding AJ which is at a Farm...(Or So we thought?) I just think we should bring back some of the New Front

  • I'd like to imagine it's gonna end with Clem holding AJ's hand with a handful of other survivors hopefully with the Garcia's because I actually liked them while walking in a fairly populated and decently supplied settlement and with AJ wearing Kenny's hat.(got the wellington ending) The camera will slowly pan left and right with it showing characters from the previous seasons good or bad smiling and laughing. Alive inside plays, then a video compilation of the best and memorable scenes in all the series will play. Clem,AJ, and the other survivors will then sit down and eat and the last scene is Clem putting down her hat. The song "Parting Glass" plays in the end credits.

You can pretty much say that this ending is similar to the ac4, I thought it was one of the most beautiful and peaceful video game ending ever.

Clem being grandma explaining to her grandchildren how she founded a great community where they live, which protect each others and defend against bad humans groups and undeads

  • Season 4 can be about her finding AJ. At the end she will either go back to Richmond or to one of the already existing communities in the comics and that will be the end of her story in the TellTale games. After that she can be brought into the comics.

There is absolutely not enough story left to tell to make a season 5 (they are pushing it with a season 4 anyhow as the AJ storyline should have been wrapped up in season 3).

  • I think next season will be focused on AJ's quest, but that will not mean the end of Clementine's trajectory in TWD. The problem is that his suitably in ANF was ridiculous, raising many to wish that his stay in the series be abbreviated. In fact what Telltale has to do is go back to the beginnings: just one writer or at most two for the entire arc of episodes, this will avoid the lack of consistency in the script.
Of course a break in Clem's story will be beneficial as long as other equally iconic characters are introduced to fans and new players. And that the ongoing mistakes of ANF remain in the past.

  • Lee would be a skeleton if Clem went back to Savannah to talk to him. Also, Clem is way too far away from Savannah now, there's no point in her going back just to talk to Lee's skeleton about the events that occurred after his death.

  • She deserve happy end

They have to introduce her in comics or they can finish her off because whole scenario is about to going shit. The way ANF goes, I am guessing season 4 and if there will be a season 5 they are going to be a crap, too. Because they are trying to keep Clementine's reputation and it is just going worse in every episode.

  • I agree with you ! I would be happy if TWD will end like this, in AC4 it was really emotional.

  • I'd like to see a moody epilogue after the main story is finished, set a decade or two in the future where Clem is now in her late 30's and returns to her old home (seen in "A New Day"). She'd slowly move through different sections of the house and backyard, with memories of her parents haunting her steps. After a while, she'd walk into the forest, where she'd come across the rusting wreck of a police car. She'd then experience a flashback of spotting Lee for the first time, except now we'd be seeing the scene from her perspective. But then the flashback blurs into the present, as adult Clem begins to interact with Lee's "ghost" beside the police car. They have a lengthy conversation about what Clem's been up to since she left him behind/shot him inside the Savannah jewelry store, giving the player a chance to see Lee's reaction to the kind of woman Clem's become.

An appropriately tender, melancholic finale, in my opinion...

  • Glad someone else appreciates ac4's ending
