Clementine's "choices"

I was wondering if anyone figured out the choices that made Clementine go wherever she goes, also what makes her do stuff like shoot David or just point the gun at his head when Javier and David were fighting.

    Her choice with Javier/Kate/Gabe is determined by her choices in the flashbacks, 1) accept/reject Ava's offer, 2) inject AJ or dont, and 3) spit at David or say bye to AJ.

    Her choice to shoot David is determined by whether you shot Kenny or not.

    I chose not to shoot Kenny but Clem still shot David in the arm

    does the choices we make as Javier affect Clem as well, like the one's when we choose to side with Clem or not?

    I've seen videos of people who had the kenny ending (I could tell by the scar on her forehead) and clam still shot David :/ I'm not sure if this is a glitch or something but I had the kenny ending and I replayed the episode multiple times and not once did clementine fire at David.

    I think the choice may be superseded and determined by Javi at the end of episode 3 if you choose a certain dialogue.

    Clem warns you yet again about David and if Javi says "I can handle him" then I think this overrides a Kenny ending and makes Clem shoot David.
