I want clem in season 4.

  • Somebody that Clem can develop a sibling-like relationship with.

  • Season 1 also had something of a bigger rotating cast as well, when you think about it. It was mainly Lee, Clementine, Kenny, and to an extent Ben throughout, with the supporting cast cycling once or twice with Kenny's family , Lily's family, and Carley/Doug sticking around for the first half and Christa and Omid sticking around for the second part. And in between that, you had occasional guest stars and villains of the week to contend with, with the Stranger being the one exception due to a technicality.

I'd like less characters, and better ones. Season 1 was a perfect example of how to tell a gripping story with a small cast.

  • Another one? Admittedly, ANF thankfully avoiding repeating that so soon, but I'm honestly not sure what they can do with that at this point without overlapping too much.

  • Basically a villainous character that either respects Clementine or is friendly with Clementine that she might have to bring down or join depending on player choices. They hinted at this type of storyline with Carver but it was never really explored in detail. Kenny isn't the type of character i'm talking about either. Too much of a good side.

  • I meant a similar age. Slightly older. Like a couple of years.

  • Ah, so something like Sarah and (hadn't they retconned it in Thicker than Water)Gabe then? Eh, that'd debatably risk a little bit of overlap as well, but whatever.

  • Agreed.

Jane and Arvo also edged towards that territory a bit and I remember thinking Ava was gonna be that during the wait for Above the Law, but none of those really count anyway.

There's two survivor types I always thought would be interesting to see:

    • A wheelchair-bound survivor

    • A survivor with dwarfism

Two physical conditions that should make surviving much more difficult, and how they would compensate for what they aren't physically capable of. Not to mention their appearances would be immediately distinct from many of the other characters we've seen. It'd be a nice contrast to all these able-bodied and capable characters we've seen.

Granted, someone in a wheelchair isn't exactly easy to believe after a couple of years into an apocalypse, but it's still something relatively unexplored. It'd just be neat to see a character that depends on their wits and guile because they literally have no other choice.

I likely can't see it anymore unless it was sent very recently, but okay!

    EDIT: Yep, can't find it.

Well, there was Ava, but another, more emphasized one would be nice.

That used to be Clementine to an extent, but again, we need a more emphasized one.

  • I actually feel that there SHOULD be a way for them to have some sort of Romance, but ONLY if the Player WANTS it to happen, and ONLY if it isn't FORCED

I completely agree. I don't care for Gabentine at all and it anoyed me that she developed a crush on him regardless of player input. I wish they would have made it possible to decide wheter or not she liked him in return. But hopefully in the future they will have a character similar to what you described and have it determinate for them to enter a relationship if you have enough aprovel from that character and only if it is developed right and built up rather than it being a sudden thing and of course not forced.

Building off of what you're saying, I'm hoping that its someone who is Selfless and Group Oriented like Luke, but is also a Teenage Survivor

  • I want a person with multiple personality disorder....why no one would ever fear Jill....she is so sweet...to bad when Jill goes to sleep....that is when Mary wakes up...and Mary..she gets a little basic when it comes to seeking revenge on those who have slighted Jill in the least.

  • hell yeah bro. make them a black feminist as well, why not?

I took it off one of the many bios of real life teens that think they are interesting by making them sound like they are in some role playing game. The whole kin type is a trend among them where they say they have the soul of a animal/ are not actually human, owl-kin someone who thinks they are an owl. Please inform your self you misogynists scum

  • Play the Michonne DLC then, I guess. It's the closest we get aside from Jane off the top of my head.

Unless you wanna count Sarah, but I'm pretty sure that's not what you're looking for.

  • Not gonna lie, I faded away a bit halfway though for some reason. And yeah, I probably should've assumed it was some Elder Scrolls or Warcraftian-type shit.

And I'm not misogynist, Prometheus. I just hate Jane.

  • Why do you think Jane is close to Kennys type, they both have drastically different morals and ways of living is a big reason of the kenny\Jane arguments, also why Sarah? And who in the Michonnle series

    Damn, this reply was fast!

Anyway, Jane kinda feels like she was meant to emulate what Kenny became as Season 1 went on in regards to controversial characterization, ride or die choices, and whatnot. I don't think she was very successful at that, obviously, but that's the vibe you can get if you compare the two's major choices.

Sarah cause she functions as a similar foil(specifically, a Shadow Archetype) for Clementine that Kenny did for Lee. She kinda lacks the ride or die choices to an extent, but that's really not the type of character she was thankfully.

Samantha Fairbanks, who I sorta assume is supposed to be some commentary on Michonne herself given the game series track record and the subject of the hallucinations.

  • Mobile. I suppose you could find one or two qualities similar if you look deep enough but I guess I meant a character that is almost the same as Kenny was just female, more than just hotheaded or believes family comes first like David.

  • Oh, well I'd probably hate that. Hopefully she wouldn't look like him at the very least.

  • I suppose. I never disliked any of the teenagers personally(though Becca does deserve an occasional smack), but it has definitely gotten old.

I'm also disappointed in how neglected and pigeonholed Kate and Eleanor were.

  • My ideal character would probably have the following traits:

    • Godlike beard
    • Fiercely loyal
    • Always right about everything
    • Heart of gold
    • Can fix any vehicle
    • Is Kenny
  • Sorry to tell you this, but this is thankfully unlikely.

  • A consistent antagonist.

  • Did I mention javier seeing as nobody can be like him? There can only be one!

  • A cast who I don't want to systematically MURDER by the time I reach the fifth episode would be appreciated.

  • Characters people won't hate on before they're supposed to. Challenge presented!

Yea. This is essentially what me and Patrickrc95 came up with for our idea for a new Male Character. It's an OLD thread, but we MAY update it at some point.

  • A true Evil Counterpart for Clementine.

A renegade out to destroy all of the walkers by any means necessary.

  • A friend of similar age to Clementine or younger, who is weak at first and becomes stronger - I think it would be nice to parallel the Lee and Clementine relationship in the final season with Clementine and someone new (not AJ as he's just an infant).
