Will Clementine die in The Final Season?
Personally I don't think she will but I would like to hear what you all think?

I think if they honestly plan on ending the Walking Dead and NEVER make another game in that universe again, they will allow your choices to see how she ends...dead or alive.
This will only happen though if they don't even plan on using her as a character ever again...
It would be too predictable.
I hear very mixed opinions about this topic. Some saying "Clem will die because that is the only way to end her story" which I reply with 'Utter fucking bullshit' While some are saying "Clem won't die cuz plot armor" Which is once again 'Utter fucking shitty bullshit.'
It is a very tricky question as if Clem dies everyone that died in the previous series is for nothing. A big part of the series is the people that died around Clem, yes they die but they live on in Clem. In short Clementine is basically a massive book containing everyone who died in the series. So if she dies it would certainly piss off the fan base. On the other hand you could say that the World of The Walking Meme- I mean dead is not safe, and anyone can die, though I don't think they'll go down that route.
In short I don't have a single fucking clue. If she does die it can be done well but it will be hard to top the masterpiece, well designed fuckup known as:
[
Fucking genius I tell you.
I don't think she will for many reasons.
It would make S1 and S2 pointless to play.
They already killed off the main character in S1.
Too Predictable
Clementine sacrificing herself to save AJ is too similar to Lee sacrificing himself to save Clem.
Clem's death won't feel as special as Lee's.
Lee's sacrifice would've been worthless
She has, what I call, The Daryl Dixon Treatment (when a character is too popular to get killed off)
Many people don't care about AJ. A lot of people don't feel that connection with him that Lee and Clem had.
Short answer: no.
I hate that excuse. She doesn't have to die for her story to end. Look at Javier, his story is pretty much over but he's still alive...
Plus, her dying to end her story doesn't fit her character at all. Clementine's character is all about family and how she wants to find one, according to Telltale.
If she die, no more Telltale game in my PC.
But if she live, trust me, there will be like 10 ending that make people say, "...whut...?"
#NoMoreTelltaleGameInMyPC
So? That's life.
Plus, it already applies for a few characters, so what evs.
Maybe they should've kept more characters that Clementine influenced alive, eh?
Probably. Determinately would be the best route since she's pretty much been a glorified avatar since Season 2 and no more games means the curse is nullified.
This exactly. The fact that a bunch of folks kind of sacrificed themselves for Clementine to live on longer doesn't auto grant her immortality. I don't see the big deal in a Clem canon death. I loved Clem growing as a character but if it makes sense like with Lee then I'm not against it at all. People are only okay with everyone else like Sarah and Marianna, even Duck dying but not Clem because what?? It's beginning to only look like fanbase wishes and threats exactly like the threats of boycotting the walking dead TV show if they killed off Darryl. No matter how great of a send off it might be for these characters. Just keep em alive until their seniors walking away from walkers on a walker. LoL
I mean, a lot of people pitched a fit with the Clementine-clone named Marianna, but the point still stands.
Well wouldn't an alone and alive ending be predictable as well since it's happened twice? Or how about alive with a group? That's happened before? How about alive with a baby or one other person? Darn it! Well only thing Clem hasn't experienced in the end would be alone with the grim reaper.
But this has happened to Lee long ago in the past but then again he was a totally different character in a different season (best season). And since Clem emulates some of her morals after Lee's actions/guidance it would seem fitting that she'd sacrifice herself to save AJ as a full circle prophecy of sorts.
Even Clementine said so herself that she hopes she goes down fighting like Tripp revealing that she's mentally prepped to give her life for a loved one. She loves AJ and mentions to Kenny something that is similar in a flashback, like it's worth dying for AJ. All dependant on choices which kind of goes without saying. So a sacrificial Kenny-like death is looking possible but it's not guaranteed though would make sense, if she had to go.
I actually think it will end with Clem traveling with her new group to either Richmond or another community nearby. The group, with the exception of 1 or 2 people, will have determinant statuses by the end of the season, depending on Clem's choices this season and last season.
Probably. But I think it should be determinant.
Clementine isnt dying
Yet.
If they will do that, it will be one of the greatest clichés that come true. The Walking Dead is a depressing franchise already and Telltale will add more drama ? No, thanks. I rather see her happily live after.
I think that also. I think that Clementines story shows hope in a broken world. Usually zombie games or stories have a hopeless vibe but this story.... There is something to fight for
Yeah, she is symbolling the light in the dark.
That is true! I'm really happy to see people are confident that she won't die. I am confident she will live and get a happy ending. God knows she deserves one
That is true. Not all zombie stories have to end in a dark and gloomy fashion. Clementines story in my opinion displays hope that the world despite the undead walking around and eating people isn't over... That there is still a future for Mankind.
Sorry if that sounds silly
Indeed.
