Saves and Progress
What actually cloud save really does.... should it be help full in restoring the progress in a game?????
I mean we have a folder for each game played...named as Tell Tale in side the device storage.∆∆internal/emulated/telltale/game data.
But could the data be downloaded from the site?

It's a backup. It might work if you switch devices(don't know if saves are cross-platform though) as long as you sign in with your telltale account. Again, I'm not positive on this. I've only used it on Steam.
To answer the last question, yes. If you accidentally delete your local game save, it'll download it.
