The Final Season will not do any justice. A New Frontier ruined the whole story and what kind of special story will they give us in Season 4? Clementine finding AJ and that's it?

Why are we still here? Just to suffer?

I'd be perfectly fine with waiting until 2020 if it meant finishing the final season off with a fantastic ending; And I thought 2019 was short. When they announced it would be coming in APRIL/MAY 2018, I was like, holy fucking shit. I've still got a bad taste of ANF in my mouth and they're already forcing ahead with the next sequel. Episode 5 of ANF didn't even come out a year ago.
At this point the Telltale franchise has lost a lot of love and support for their mistakes. I feel like if they wait any longer for current status updates on TFS, people (us) will lose interest in them as a whole. They'd just be mentioned to poke fun at from time to time I guess. Like I said I have no problems at all with delays, if only they use that time to be productive and put in the effort to actually release a half-decent game.
Man people are still crying about ANF? Give Telltale a break, they tried something new and it wasn't a success. They can't hit it out of the park every single time.

People have a right to still be mad about ANF, considering everyone's main worry right now is that S4 is going to just be ANF 2, which no one wants. If everyone just acts like we forgive them for making such a low effort game, Telltale will just assume everything is fine, and will just make another disaster.

Rushing is never the way to go, period.

They didn't even make it to the park with ANF.
Giving ANF to the newcomers isn't a new thing, it's a middle finger to fans of the first season who won a lot of 2012 GOTY awards.

He just doesn't understand... It scares me, the way he thinks. ( ._.)
You're welcome, buddy.
It scares me, too.
