I need help on some features.
So I bought the walking dead telltale collection. That means I have all 3 season including Michone. I bought it in PS4 console and after downloading it I opened it after checked like the feature likes savings and other feature. My problem is that after I sign up my tell-tale account in PS4 before playing all 3 seasons. I logged into Telltale on a computer or smartphone. (Note: I haven't finish Michone if that's important)
And clicked on the walking dead collection it said "Start shaping your adventures and return here for sharable stats. Choices and Stats are available for players with Cloud Save enabled". The problem is I already did and my choices aren't save in Choices & Consequences. I want to see all my choices on the computer and what resulted in Clementine to be after the season 3.
I already signed in my Telltale into my PS4. But it still won't link the saves I did in the game on the Website.
Please respond and help what I can do to resolve this problem. Thank You

Generally, I like to help with what I can(aside from game support), but I do not play on console and am not familiar with how the choices are linked.

There's a "support" tab at the top of this page that takes you to FAQs about each game, but I did not see this issue mentioned.
