It just shows how much more effort was there that we can continue to find little details like that. It's inexplicable and weird that they wouldn't just have Lee say that to him automatically, but it shows something.
Not shittin you, I was just thinking about this while driving from the house one day last week or two.
Geez, you probably got walking dead on the brain more than I do.
Regardless no one mentions chuck afterward, not even Clem who liked him.
It's not quite Nick-levels of lazy death, but it was a sign of b… moread things to come, you follow me?
We could have had Lee come to the realization of what he needed to do with Clem on his own OR have Christa and Omid give him the advice. Eh?
Yeah, I know.
And Lee's "I'm so sorry Chuck" is freaking optional, only if you walk back to his corpse.
People love Season 1's interactivity, don't they?

Episode 4 is probably my biggest problem. That whole episode just feels like such a chore to get through. Thankfully Molly was a really cool character, but man, I'm bored out of my mind whenever I play that episode.
Another thing is how clearly favoured Carley was over Doug. I loved Doug, he was an interesting and likeable character to me, whereas I found Carley to be really boring. However no matter how much I liked Doug, there's no denying how much little effort was put into his character.

Right! I know a lot of fans like the puzzles and hubs but man... more often than not I was like "Alright gotta get through this bullshit before I can get to the story, the shit I actually care about."

Well that's entirely your opinion. It's not a factual truth that ANF is bad. The vast majority may hate but there are still those that like it. And honestly the notion that ANF is bad because it lacks puzzles seems pretty ridiculous to me.

Yeah and look at what happened with A New Frontier, less hubs no puzzles more actions and the game was worst than season 2.
Dude, you like the game it's fine.
But there's just too many problems Telltale were incredibly lazy the first two episodes ruined the game, they tried to fix their mistakes after episode 2 but this was too late.
Everything is just happening too fast there's never enough time to care about the characters.

The relationship dynamics were one of my biggest problems with S1. Particularly with Kenny/Lily in that Lee's ENTIRE relationship is solely hinged on the sole choice of Killing Larry or trying to save him. That and I felt S1 killed several characters unnecessarily that had alot of potential. Chuck, Carly, Doug, Mark, etc.

This is why I prefer Season 2's pacing over Season 1. It's because the Episodes Drag for too long due to the various puzzles and so forth.

How about we not derail this thread by turning it into an ANF debate?
I know don't worry i'm just saying, removing the hubs and the puzzles would be a big mistake because i really liked this in season 1.
