But that doesn't mean I have to like the idea of her and Lee being a "couple".

I like that two frame tock creak at the end there.

  • This is quite a sensitive discussion to give my point of view but I will do so anyway. I would like to think of my Clementine as straight. No I am not anti LGBT+ I just consider my Clementine to be "straight" I also consider my Javier to be "straight" as I never considered them to be anything else. I do not dislike anyone that is LGBT or anything and I hope I didn't offend anyone with my comment but I am just going by how I viewed my Clementine.

I did read what it said, and I’m sorry, but I don’t care what you think about it. I can’t care about what you think, or else I will become a carbon copy of you. I will say it again. They already have Javier. Let us have Clementine. She doesn’t need to be bisexual. Unless you’re saying that me and others can’t speak freely.

These types of discussions keep being created. It’s monotonous now.

Also, Clementine being attracted to Gabe wasn’t forced on us, especially since Javier can keep it from happening by persuading them otherwise. If anything, Athena and Janey’s relationship was forced onto us, as there’s no possibility of changing things.

Either way, I don’t want to entertain this argument with you.

You're just being rude man,if you don't care fine but don't tell people to stop talking about this.

And Clem being attracted to Gabe was forced i said it again,it's already a mistake they made Clem a side character they litterally insulted the fans,by forcing a relationship between Gabe and Clem (which is like the worst character who could be with Clem)
They're not meant to be together at all.

Yes Javi can say that he doesn't agree with that, but it doesn't matter it's still fucking awkward.

"Athena and Janey's relationship was forced as there's no possibility of changing things" it's not forced there was already some hints that Janey liked Athena in
    Borderlands : The Pre Sequel.

You can say you doesn't agree with Kate about Gabe and Clem but it doesn't matter, they still have this weird and forced relationship between them the whole game and it doesn't work.

When did I tell anyone to stop talking about this?

Anyway, Clementine and Gabe weren’t forced, because again, Javier can keep it from happenning. If Clementine and Gabe were forced, then literally everyone is being forced. They can either be friends or more than that, based on your choices. Like, how can you say that he is the worst character to be with her and that they’re not meant to be together? Those are just a subjective opinion.

Regardless, Athena and Janey were forced on us, even if there were hints being given in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Because again, you couldn’t change the outcome of their relationship. This is what you’re not understanding.

Anyway this is going nowhere now,i won't agree with you and you won't too.
What i'm hoping is if Telltale do another romance (boy or a girl) at least don't do the same mistakes again,
My Clem would never act like she does in season 3 and that's it.
But people wanted edgy clem right ?

I don't agree with that pathetic romance they gave us,and i don't understand how people can be okay with this.
If they wanted to make her straight then they could have done better.
I'm gonna do the same thing as you, i don't care about what you think and that's it.

But seeing how Clem have terrible taste i'm not sure now if they should do another romance at all.

  • No, I agree with you completely about Clementine in The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. That wasn’t my Clementine. I didn’t want that.

And, you don’t have to care about anything that I said. That’s why we’re discussing this subject matter as a community. To at least get an understanding.

Which, don’t misunderstand my words. My lack of care isn’t a lack of understanding, or even desire to understand.

  • Out of all the things The Walking Dead needs at the moment, forced bi-sexual romance is probably not one of them.

  • Yeah i think we should focus on other things like you know
what the actual story of the game is gonna be
or surviving in a zombie apocalypse

But i like to discuss about this anything is better than to have another Kenny vs Jane argument.

The player shouldn’t be forced to kiss anyone without choice.

Either way, as others have already suggested, I would prefer that they don’t even have a potential romance, much less have Clementine develop a relationship with another woman.

I agree with you completely. The Walking Dead series needs to improve in the areas where they lack, and a bisexual relationship will only cause more problems than it will solve right now.

  • It is not a problem if Clem is gay (or trans). Why is that so hard to understand?

  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. shrugs

  • We aren’t saying that. We are just saying we don’t need a romance at all in TFS

I'm about as Centre-left as you can get and am all for the equal rights for people of different sexualitites and races. But not everything needs that representation just because. Some video game characters are straight, some are gay, some are bisexual while others are asexual, etc. There's no need to turn Clementine bisexual just for the sake of representation. I said my piece and now i'm getting out of this minefield of a topic.

  • You know, we have had our disagreements before, but I can agree with you for the most part. And yes, that's all we can really do, is say our piece and go.

  • Sorry, but I'm with the other guy on this one. We can talk about this without resorting to ableism (which I'm sure will happen anyway, but still).

  • That said, this is something that needs to be discussed. I'm worried about all the awful demands the fanbase will ask of Telltale if she turns out to be not-straight/not-cis in any way.

  • Well, I stockpiled about 30 different ones by the time I figured out what the problem was, so of course I'm changing that sucka every other chance I see.

  • Yeah we can talk about this,i just don't like when people get into a thread like this and just tell something who has nothing to do with what the guy wanted.
The OP said he wanted an option for Clem to like "girls" and said he's fine if Telltale don't do it.
And then there's people who come into this thread and start talking about how there's too many threads like this, and tell people to stop.
It's just fucking stupid, and it doesn't answer what the guy wanted at all.
