Louis look like he's experienced the streets since before the apocalypse. Marlon look like a street thug wannabe. And Violet might be my favorite among the cast so far. I don't think I'll like Marlon, but Louis and Violet look fine to me.
I can already tell I'm gonna love Ten and Violet, hate Marlon (At least at first), and I'm not sure about Louis. Something tells me he's real charming and all, but I can't help but think that he'll be an antagonist later down the line.
Regardless, this all looks great! Can't wait to play it!
Violet looks somewhat like Jane but like she could be completely different in terms of compassion.
I think she’ll turn out like Michonne. Hardened Survivor yet compassionate at the same time.
He looks pretty badass and has a badass dog, and they described him as abrasive with a soft nougaty inside. I bet you anything he will seem like the least trustworthy but actually turns out to be the one you want on your side.
I think so too, but that mullet is throwing me off. I just don’t like it. If there was a choice to cut his hair then I would.
Louis is giving me rapey vibes. His fashionable attire is odd and I don't like how they described him as flirty. Violet looks somewhat like … moreJane but like she could be completely different in terms of compassion. Marlon gave me some hardcore Kenny vibes. Really do not like this boarding school idea or any of the new characters. I'm still partially expecting telltale to announce the season has been delayed until the winter or late fall. I really don't think they are aiming for a summer/spring release.

Like a lot of you, I'm very disappointed in the content that was revealed and very pissed over the technical difficulties. I was expecting a bit more from the stream, like story details, release date, or a little teaser or trailer. Instead, we just got some concept art, which isn't bad, it looks great, I just was expecting a bit more.
As for the characters and setting, I'm going to take a different opinion than everyone else, I actually really like it. While kids are often prominent characters in TWD universe, we've never seen an entire group consisting entirely of kids. Everyone is worried about having more romance or it being a high school drama thing (which would suck if it happens, I agree, and Jessica saying she read a lot of YA content does terrify me greatly), but remember, Clem was able to become hardened and focused on survival through facing the apocalypse head on and seeing the horrors of it all. Chances are, these kids went through similar, if not worse, shit, and are more similar to someone like Clem than to someone like a Gabe or Sarah. And honestly, the idea of running into other kids, let alone an entire group run by them, has a lot of potential. It's like a Lord of the Flies meets The Walking Dead, there's a lot of stuff they can do with this idea other than just some shitty romance or drama like many here are suggesting. The boarding school setting, as well as the art for it, seems like a really great idea.
Look, I didn't like ANF either, and I recognize that this may turn out bad, but at the same time, I'm trying not to rush to immediate judgment and give Telltale a chance here. There's a lot of different direction they can go with this and I'm interested to see where this might lead. They may be kids, but they're more likely kids in age only, mentally, again, they're probably more like Clem.
Not sure why Telltale likes to do the secret exclusive footage, if anything its probably so a small crowed sees it, and sees how much effort was put in for just this small scene. Like this leaked footage, looks amazing, why would they want that to not be shown? It would just make people more hyped to play. Makes me feel like S4 probably isnt going to actually look like what the leaked footage showed, was just made so people say "Wow the footage they showed that only a small few could see was amazing!" so when the game actually comes out, it is nothing like what was shown, because no proof of what it actually looked like was suppose to be there.

Exactly. The only person I had trouble relating to was Larry cos although I relate to his intentions he was being too much of a dick about it, but once season 2 came out then all of the characters were not relatable at all, maybe with a few exceptions.

Okay WOW. Really surprised to see Telltale has reinvented the way their cinematography is gonna work. Gonna be honest, it's gonna take a while to get used to it, but I do see it as a step in the right direction.
Telltale f****d up this. So much disrespectfull to us. Im pissed how Greg Miller said "F**k off twitter's people". i will not buy Season 4 after that. Not everyone can afford ticket. I'am from Czech Republic and i will not go to USA to PAX EAST which have lenght only 1hour or less and go back to my country.....
Twitter? Boi u mean twitch? ??
But low-key I’m starting a secret telltale Union to one day strike from the shadows for our live-streaming rights. Pls join.

I would’ve liked Marlon if it weren’t for that mullet. If he had a different hairstyle it would change my opinion on him, but...ew.
I can already tell I'm gonna love Ten and Violet, hate Marlon (At least at first), and I'm not sure about Louis. Something tells me he's real charming and all, but I can't help but think that he'll be an antagonist later down the line.

Damn, the game looks really good however, Im not sure if Im digging where the story is going
me rn
Is this game using the third person camera from Life is Strange?
HOLY MANURE
Pre alpha, Clems face will change, I hope
Leaked picture of Marlon at school
Yeah you don't hype fans like that to just show them the middle finger, and god i hate that host so much.
Let's hope these charecters are well written and have a meaning to be in this final season....who knows maybe not all of em will be shitty
They said that about Louis? I didn’t catch that.
I think she’ll turn out like Michonne. Hardened Survivor yet compassionate at the same time.

Wish there were more female characters, most of them are males
Yep, that's what I thought. God, I don't understand why Snake wanted him alive and imprisoned.
Yea that host was such a asshole I just wanted hit him so badly.
They said it’s being released “later this year” so it’s most likely a fall release. Maybe even late summer.

Ha! I was thinking of Eli the moment I seen him actually!
Like a combination of Negan and Kenny...I can dig it.
...
That camera, daaaaamn T.T and I love the artwork. I don't want to comment more though without spoiling. I'm definitely impressed.
Speaking of how in the pickle do I post spoiler tag things, it's all different now.

Finally some honest perspective. Thank you. I've been swimming in a sea of salt the last half hour
Here is one of the concept arts that I could post:
All of this could change,i wouldn't take it seriously.
Glad I could add some positivity here.

Am I the only one who was joyed and relieved when the staff expressed their dislike towards ANF? It gave me hope about this season.

They didn't? If anything Greg hinted towards it more than the staff.
Wow. That's giving me Savannah Mansion vibes.

Yeah sorry i mean twitch i am pissed so much that i wrote that bad...
I mean I dont know what they said about ANF, the stream decided to kill itsself when they started talking about it
Clementine's hair makes me want to cry.
Romance options hype:
Marlon: The bad boy with a sensitive side
Louis: The token black kid
Violet: The lesbian
Telltale were rude on the panel disrespecting the viewers on Twitch/Twitter, how disrespectful! Btw the new characters look awful!
I'm with you on that, buddy.
Cautiously optimistic. I think I'll like it, but right now I don't know where it's going to go.
