Stuck in Ep. 2 Ch. 4 - Dinner (Can't do anything...?)

Hi, I am on episode two season one in the walking dead. I'm kind of stuck!! Before the dinner, I go upstairs to find Mark and open the closest, I plug in the cord and then I can't leave the closest. It keeps telling me on the right bottom corner: Press O to back. I'm play on PS4 btw. And I press every single button on my ps4 and I can't go back. I'm just stuck standing in the closest.. I've tried about everything to get out and I can't. Can you please help me.

    Just get out of the game then load up again hopefully that well fix it

    I did but nothing happens. Still stuck in that closet.

    I restarted and it worked for me (i had the same problem).
