POLL - What do you fear about the Final Season?

Hello guys. I've made a poll with some concerns that people have on the final season. You can vote here: https://www.strawpoll.me/15474713

Comments

  • Chose all of them except:

    • Season 1 characters not returning
    • All character being killed at the end
    • Too fast paced
    • Clementine dying
  • Pretty much... everything?

  • I am worried about a lack of HUBs, but seeing the tech demo and what Telltale has been saying about trying to add lots more gameplay, I didnt vote for that because I think S4 probably will keep true to the HUbs

  • also phrasing

  • I forgot what I chose

  • I fear most short episodes and a finale that is pretty much just like one of the finales before it. Also Clementine living with a forever open ended conclusion. So in a way Clementine not dying can also be a fearful thing from season 4.

  • I am petrified that the Episodes will be short like A New Frontier.

  • My biggest fear is "episodes being too short". If episodes are short, the game will have all the other problems. I dont mean that the problems would go away if episodes are long; but if they are short, the other problems will likely happen.

  • i dont mind if the episodes end up not reaching higher than 1 hour and 30 Minutes if the episodes are made Like episode 5 of Batman the enemy within which was completely different depending on how you ended off the 4th episode.

I “fear” Clementine dying (whether definitively or determinately), because it’s one of the most cliché and predictable endings.

  • I fear most of these, except Clementine actually IS an adult now, kind of, and I think she should be treated as one. I also want some ANF characters to return, maybe not Gabe but at least Clint/Joan and David. I don't know what impact season 2 endings would have on season 4 since ANF already ruined them.

  • Everything

What I fear is if this season doesn’t end up having S1 levels of quality, but is still decent, that the fan base will tear it apart and hate on it till the end of time. Calling it “ANF 2.0” or some shit.

I don't believe it's gonna be better than season 1 (let's hope it is),but they have to make it better than season 2 at least.

  • It obviously won’t be better then S1. But even if it is of higher quality then S2 I feel like their will be a decent chunk of the fan base that will continue to be “toxic” and hate on it.

I'm worried if they bring back a season 1 character, that character is gonna steal the spotlight from the other characters like Kenny did in season 2.

Also worried about ANF characters returning because i really don't think they are interesting (please don't bring back Joan and Clint) the only one i'd like to see again is Conrad but i'm pretty sure he's not gonna be back.
And i don't even want to see Javier again, his story is done i don't see why he should return.

  • I admire Telltale for making another season because no matter what there's gonna be a lot of hate even if this season is good.

  • I want whatever powers Telltale has if they. Have the ability to petrify you tbh
