I also worry about realistic kid voice acting..

  • Well, Clementine is the main character in the series and is basically a child / teenager.

  • I apologise. Telltale made a good choice voicing Clementine so I am sure they will do so for the new characters. I only raised my concern as I have found voice acting for children in other games quite jarring and unrealistic.

  • Lol. With all the new character designs I think the writers may have been inspired by what me and my partner came up with yo.

  • I barely skimmed what you two came up with, but considering that one of the "products" is Violet, they lowkey undersellin ya'll.

  • Well, I'm not too upset about it. If Telltale is willing to take a fan's advice and use it to make something great, I'm all for it.

Ironic posts like these can potentially derail the thread; it's better to stick to legit criticism and arguments if possible as it makes for better discussion (and makes your argument stronger/more compelling too, instead of putting people on the offensive).

  • Uh, you do realize that Gabe's actually not half as reckless or even as ineffectual as the fans like to claim he is, right?

There's also the issue of him actually fitting in comfortably, but that's a discussion for another time. If it actually happens.

  • Well, not having another Gabentine situation, I agree with the new proposal for S4.

  • Couldn't have said it better myself. o:)

  • To be fair, she was 36 when she started to use her voice for Clementine. (35 if you count the pre-production, recording).
