  • Nah. They haven’t made a top notch game since TWD S1. People say Batman games are an improvement and maybe they are to an extent but from what i saw they like anything post 2012 are just the “new” Telltale style of games and for me they are nowhere near the quality it used to be

  • Lol no he didn’t. He was right in pretty much everything said.

What wasn’t true in your eyes then?

Its a real shame that thread got so much attention because the OP said a lot of information that wasn’t even true.

  • Daze is right in what he said. Figures you’d disagree of course but i expect nothing less. He’s assuming at times yes but he’s probably going to be spot on about how S4 will ultimately be

Actually he doesn't...if jumping to conclusions counted as points or misunderstanding what was said...then sure he made points.

  • Releasing Season 4 so soon after S3 is one reason why i am convinced the game will be bad

Telltale isn't working on anything else right now. They have ABSOLUTELY No Excuse for Fucking up this time. If that DOES happen, they're Fucked. And it will be Inexcusable. They know that.

  • Im not forgetting them, from a gameplay perspective i didnt enjoy them.

Wolf started off ok and by episode 3 onwards i really didn’t like it and the episodes got shorter.

Tales i loved the humour and characters relationships but again I didn’t like how limited the gameplay areas were, and episodes again weren’t long enough.

I just feel anything after 2012 from Telltale has got worse and worse

  • After Episode 3, TWAU wasn’t good in my opinion so no sorry.

  • If I'm not mistaken, they are also working at TWAU. Unless someone on the team confirms that they are working in only one series / game.

That's your opinion. But in my opinion you are Wrong. I'm not gonna criticize you for that because that's against the forum guidelines. But as far as I'm concerned, your opinion is Wrong.

  • Telltate's strategy now is to win over casual gamers, hence the explanation for the downfall of their games.

  • You can think its wrong all you like, doesn’t matter at all to me, i think you’re wrong but that’s ok and it’s good you have a different view. It is indeed my opinion but i can give reasons as to why I didn’t like it after Episode 3 but it’s pretty much similar to what i generally say of all of Telltale’s games post 2012. If they made their games the way they made TWD S1 then I would be very satisfied

  • They already cancelled the Super Show and Game of Thrones.

    The what now? Why?

True. But if they fuck up on TWD, TWAU may get cancelled. They already cancelled the Super Show and Game of Thrones.

Which is peculiar considering ANF!Clementine was essentially his Distaff Counterpart.

    episodes again weren’t long enough.

Tales had the longest episodes in a Telltale series since S1 iirc. Every episode was about 110 - 120 minutes long which is incredible considering Telltale's usual 90 minute episodes. Obviously I'd like episodes to be S1-length again but let's be honest, that will never happen again.

  • Dan...he is not...he misunderstood something and went off on a whiney tear with no real facts to back him up....so of course you will back him.
A TT writer came and debunked his Clem is not the main focus point...everything else he wrote is conjecture lacking proof but high on alarmist conclusion jumping.
