Michonne/TWAU style intros in TFS?
In TWD: Michonne, there was this really cool intro with dope music that played in the beginning of every episode.
This was really cool, and it got me thinking, what if in TFS, there were intros like this? It would be especially cool to see an intro that recaps seasons 1-3 with some differences based on previous choices. (Ex: Lilly shooting Doug or Carley)
If not TFS, there will probably be intros in TWAU 2
GOT and TWAU also had some really cool intros

As neat as it would be, I think I'd prefer them to keep doing it the way they do it now-- a simple cut to the title screen, episode name, then back to the action. I always thought it fit with the overall theme and tone of TWD to just have the intro be short and sweet; TWD as a series isn't all that flashy, it's relatively bleak and desolate. I'll admit the intro for Michonne works well, but really only for that specific series. I just can't see the main games doing intros like that.
Besides, the title cards are how they've done it for the three main seasons. It'd be a bit weird to just suddenly have an intro in S4. So keeping it simple would be more consistent with the rest of the games (besides Michonne, obviously)
If they were to do musical intros I'd prefer them to be similar to how the ones in TFTB were done: opening scenes synced to music individualized for each episode, then the title drop. Helps keep the intros from getting repetitive imo
Really depends on the themes they do, Id prefer just the splash name thing, fits better for the theme.
Why DID love put a gun in my hand?
In my bed, in my head, in my hand...
Honestly, I'd rather they didn't. Deltino's reasons mirror my own, it was simple and to the point. I liked TWAUs intro, but I wouldn't want a flashy intro scene suddenly injected into TWD after all this time. It doesn't really need one, the beginning of the episode itself followed by the title card has done a well enough job of setting the tone for the episode and I'd prefer they continue jumping right into it.
Was it for redemption?
They can make The Final Season's intro however they want, so long as the story's great. An intro like this would be nice, but i'm more concerned with how the game will turn out.
Was it for ͏r͏e͏v͏e͏n͏g͏e?
Nah. TWD don’t need no flashy intro. HOWEVER, I would absolutely love to see a nice menu screen and good music at the end of every episode. S2’s menu screen and music were awesome and really put an extra mile into the overall atmosphere and mood of the game. Please don’t continue to use the shitty “copy and paste” menus with generic music at the end of every episode.
