Steam pre orders normally go on sale from around 10 AM Pacific time when the Steam store refreshes for the day.

Ok, thanks for your replies guys, but I still think, that it wouldn’t be so bad to pay money for Clem’s story for the last time. I still believe that TFS is going to be great (hard to say that after ANF, but that’s it)
