When's The PC Surprise T̶o̶d̶a̶y̶?̶ On Monday
So I've noticed alot of people are waiting and searching for news on the PC surprise we're supposed to be getting today, but everyone is just waiting for other people to give them answers. So I've made this discussion to check and update information on the surprise.
If you didn't know, mostlypoptarts (a very active telltale member) said that we may be getting the "PC surprise" (unrelated to the story gen we got yesterday) today.

Yes, we are waiting for dat PC Demo (which is obviously the surprise she was talking about!)
IMHO I hope it's not a PC demo. My lappy can barely run Minecraft: Story Mode, let alone any recent Walking Dead game.

I do wonder what it is going to be though. Best I can think of is that they do a PC demo, but who knows.

Telltale tweeted about a blog post a few minutes ago. Maybe thats the suprise?

Thank you, you could download a app that lets u take a screenshot faster so you won't have to struggle, something like gyazo.
So i suppose they took longer so they could rip everything out of the episode so data miners couldn't see

I'm just wondering, why is demo only out in Russia?
Personally I believe adjusting the price properly for Europe would be a better surprise.

I really hope that they'll adjust the price for Europe, Telltale's CEO said that they'll fix it early July, the game is out in 9 days and still nothing.
Do we get a refund if we've preordered and they lower the price?
You may get a percentage of the preorder refunded back. I'm not sure how they'll do that.
You can refund games you preordered on Steam with no issues - even after release as long as it's within 2 weeks of the release date and playtime is under 2 hours. If they do finally lower the price like they said they would, you can purchase it again after refunding.

If it's just a demo who cares? I mean, it's so close to actual launch why bother playing a demo only to have to replay that section in a few days? Unless you're on the fence about buying it I guess.
