Crazy theory: What if Tenn is Christa’s baby?

edited August 2018 in The Walking Dead

So hey there, haven’t made a thread in a while now but lets get into it.
So recently there has been alot of theories about Tenn and why telltale hasn’t given any information out to us. Which made me think that Tenn might potentially have a bigger role in this season.
So my theory is that Tenn might be Christa’s child who someone captured a long time ago. Probably around that 16 months timeskip. We haven’t gotten sny information about what happened with Christa’s baby. He kinda looks like a darker Omid with Christas skin color and eyes. Just look how similar he looks to his parents, Christa and Omid:

Sorry if this is a cringy theory, just wanted to know what you guys think about this theory.

  • What if he is Clem's brother and the real reason her parents were in Savanah was to secretly give birth to him.

  • What if Tenn is the reincarnation of Lee? I mean, he has a blue shirt and another white long sleeved shirt underneath.

  • Your thread name is surprisingly accurate. It's crazy. No... not even that. This is madness!

I guess someone had to make a thread about this at some point. Though why did it take this long for people to do Tenn topics?

Anyway, I feel like that'd be extra redundant.

    EDIT: Oh fuck, you're right.

  • Well, Ed isn't her biological parent....

  • I think it was made clear in 205 that Christa's baby didn't survive either childbirth or extreme weather conditions with few resources. When Jane lies about AJ's whereabouts, Clem says "Not again... not again," indicating Christa's child.

There are a lot of questions surrounding Christa's child, but some questions are better left unanswered.

    No hate just love <3

Was it then? I thought it was after AJ delays taking a breath?

  • Huh. Okay then.
    Shame.

  • You know, I really like that detail. I'm actually in the camp that prefers the ambiguity of Christa's situation. The little details, the implications, hints are always fun. No confirmation, only speculation!

  • Yeah, ambiguity here and there regarding major/memorable characters is nice. It's what made Christa Jr.'s existence and Christa's own "arc" so pleasantly subtle.

Plus, in this case, there was really no need or even place to reveal exactly what happened.

  • I am a fan of ambiguity as well, but some people absolutely can not handle not being told EXACTLY what happens. When you look at S2 retrospectively, it tackled some very dark themes - sometimes darker than S1. S3 really didn't take that leap, but I'm hoping we will be able to see Telltale's writing shine this coming season.

  • She? If Clem goes on to say Tenn remembers
I don't think that sounds right
