I highly doubt its a demo. We're under a week away from the release of the season, and i doubt they'd release a demo a week later for PC with that in mind.

While playing the demo I was taking the time to explore the hub to get a good look at everything, and I have to say the sounds of the walkers close by was very eerie to listen to. Also, I think the game looks pretty damn beautiful. Good work thus far, Telltale.
