Why? If it was a demo, maybe, sure but... there is no official confirmation that it's a demo. It's called a "surprise" for a reason, meaning only the developers know what it is but they stay silent about it so far.

Strange. I recognize the newsletter, those are the ones sent to emails and I sign up for those a long time ago yet I can't find the one seen on this screenshot.

No offense but you provide no evidence except for saying "its in the newsletter somewhere". I'm not able to find it, either on steam or in my inbox so I won't take your word. I don't care about a screenshot, anyone can photoshop it and change it. I'm especially carefull after that recent thing with fake TWAU Season 2 screenshots.

You know what I think? I think that most of you are just too hopeful for a demo on PC that you will see a hint of it in pretty much anything. It's already Monday and if it was a demo, it'd have been released 2 and half an hour ago on steam but it wasn't.

The thing is, that comment was placed after a demo for steam was brought into the discussion, implicating that she was talking about that. And she also said ‘that definitely no one knows what it is, what means is that we actually do. Cause again, her comment was placed after the screenshot.

Bear with my and ask yourself, what if she was hinting at the fact that maybe so far none of us had the right idea about what the actual surprise will be? That is also a possibility in this case. I hear you when you say that her comment was posted after the mentioned discussion but maybe it was just a coincident.
Don't forget that discussion about steam demo so far was only within our community, and I'm purposely not talking about some newsletter someone mentioned before because I can't find it anmywhere and personally I don't trust screenshots taken by someone not from development team because pictures this days can be easily faked.

There's no problem at all, I've said its not likely to be a demo for days now. Telltale just shouldn't make statements like that if they have no intention of following through with is all. This conversation wouldn't exist had telltale not made the teasing statement, and none would have anything to say of the matter.
A bunch of us are here and working hard to deliver this surprise for you guys. It's too late for it to happen today, but I can say that it will happen this week with 100% certainty.

I doubt at this point they'd release a demo, I'm guessing it has to do more with savefiles or something along those lines.

I respectfully disagree with the PC demo surprise. Its 3:32 PM in LA with nothing from telltale staff or telltale twitter.
