with clem story coming to an end will she make it to the TV show
as above says could she appear in the walking dead tv show in season 9 or season 10 if there is a season 10.
in the comics does she ever meet rick and his group

Oowowo !! Seriously good I've never read the comics are the TV series and the games. Good if what you're saying is true that she already met Rick in the comic books, because not in the TV series when I see her I'm going to feel a lot of nostalgia ....
She can't. And even if she could, there's still the same issue that there's in the comics if she was to appear in them. Her scars. They can't pick a canon scar.

She could. I recall them talking about creating characters like Fiona and Rhys to give back to the developers in the hopes they'd use them for Borderlands 3 or something along those lines.
Could Kirkman bring Clem and or AJ into the comics? Maybe. The chance is slight, but still, maybe.
I guess I can bear Clem having a cameo of sorts in the comics, but I'd rather her not get added to the sinking ship that is AMC. Just leave her alone after this season.
Game takes place in the comic book universe but yeah, there is no point adding her in Rick's story, Robert Kirkman doesn't even have ideas for her, he already created the ending for his comic book once and for all.
I doubt she might come into the comic books, however if she did i’ll be looking forward to be reading the comics again and see How she tells Rick Grimes about her story.
