What if Lilly
Is a captive of the raiders? She didn't take any crap when we last saw her in Season One but its been years. She may have been beaten down over that time emotionally and physically and be a shell of her former self. We may go on a rescue mission for Sophie and Minerva and find Lilly there too, having to rescue her.

The premise surrounding Sophie and Minnie's abduction is that the mysterious raider group has taken many women, and has them locked up in cages and shit. I don't believe that's the case, as this instance where the two girls were taken could've been a one time thing. It's not impossible that this might've happened before, but I don't think that's the case. As for Lily being held prisoner by these raiders, I doubt it, although that would be pretty interesting to discover if that happens to be the case.

Well, after 9 years if that's the case I doubt she would remember clem.
That would make sense but Telltale wouldn't do it like that because it would suck from the storytelling perspective.
I think she'll remember the group that was with her when her dads head got mashed in by a cinder block xD Lilly is a iconic WD character,much like like Clem,Lee,Kenny.

Are you implying that Lilly is the future Clementine? That actually explains who Clems real father is. It was Larry! So in s1 little Clem meets with future Clem whose name is changed into Lilly for some odd reason. And now were gonna meet again because Clem wants to get revenge on her future self for taking the RV. It all makes sense

Maybe you get different options like either a option to be distant or a option to hug her.

Lily was getting kinda unhinged in her final moments of Season 1, sure. But all these theories that she's leading this supposed rapist colony just doesn't sound right at all.
