Can I upload season 1 and 2 saves to the cloud? How do I know I am actually continuing my story?

So I lost my New Frontier save, I didn't use cloud save. Stupid me, shit. Oh well, I decided to replay New Frontier, but how do I know I actually am playing my save game?? There is no recap of the story. I did click on continue your story and import save 1; The text is also correct, but im still worried.

Anywhere I can check this on my account? Can I maybe upload the other seasons' saves on the website as well so I can see my previous choices?

    The game only shows completed save files and the game won't show an "import save 1" option if you didn't complete season 2
