Actually, Gary was the bandit wearing a cap similar to Glenn's that didn't like the idea of hashing out new terms with the Motel Group after Ben seemingly failed to deliver on one delivery.
Though, to be fair, the notion of someone liking him is somewhat understandable, as his single line delivery was kinda humorous.

Her suicide was written by a clear Kenny fan. Jane would have found a bunch of different ways to get rid of the pregnancy without Killing herself. So headcanon a new death for her.
