Legal issues mostly...if a company is quoted they have to do the investors bidding, so investors want big returns that means more accessible content, so they have to streamline things. Family owned company like Rockstar Games can take more liberties because they have the money to survive a fallout. And my brain hurts so i finna stop here
Yes I mean I get it but still when I see those original slides of the episodes.. It would be interesting to at least see how it looked originally with Kenny being the antagonist and everything but I get why it was redone and all.
If Telltale kept what they were originally planning to write, it wouldn’t make sense in context with the rest of the season. Plus, darker ev… moreents should only happen periodically because it adds emphasis and emotional impact. If insane events were occurring every five minutes, there would be no emotional response, and the flow of the gameplay and story would be compromised.

Im more worried Clem does end up getting raped because "fans" keep talking about it. Like it comes off as just some creepy ass fetish to me … morewith the amount of people going "Yeah man Clem should get raped for "realism"" like that is just, super fucking creepy imo.
Why Im worried they end up making Clem get raped is because Telltale seems to have a weird as fuck way of listening to fans, like in ANF we had people obsessing seeing Clem have her period, which again very weird to be so vocal about "NEEDING" it, and people wanting Clem to have something with Gabe because they wanted her to have a "partner." The other weird thing that kept popping up was Clem being raped, and seeing as Telltale has now done 2/3 Im a bit worried Telltale is going to pull from these """interesting""" ideas again and have it happen. Hopefully not.
The fact that people keep creating theories about characters being raped and being victims of some other type of sexual violence CREEPS me o… moreut. It's becoming like a common theme where a character shows signs of trauma and PTSD and some people are just like "yep, must have been raped!". Like for fuck's sake, there are plenty of other ways of getting traumatized too.
I know this is The Walking Dead and it's not known for it's PG family friendly content but not every theory has to somehow involve rape or sexual abuse.
That's all I got to say really.
it still did not cause her anything like that
its fiction u shouldnt rly expect everythin to make perfect sense, maybe they just didn… moret think about spendin episode time for nightmares and shit in previous seasons? could b just some random shit on the same level as previous ones they just thought bout addin it now, maybe its a convenient way to explain what happened in betwen s3 n 4,she didnt have any nightmares in s4 e1 either if i remember right so yeah just cuz u didnt see it dont mean it couldnt have happened,im sure the nightmares didnt just start in ep2,
To be fair there are some reasons to think that there are raping raiders in this season:
* Abel is being creepy towards Clementine
* The raiders wanting only kids
* And the moderate sex impact
To be fair. It wasn't exactly like the Raiders came to Alexandria and were like "you have three- kids and thirty adults we'll take the three kids." I think the fact they chose girls instead of boys is more telling than "kids"

Guess you may of more or less felt the same way when half involved the period discussed last year?
I sense immense irony and hilarity to find disgust in the implied depictions of sexual related material (natural) but not the walking rotten corpses with brains and guts flopping out (unnatural or supernatural). Nor the guys getting their skulls bashed in with eyeballs and brain matter oozing out or cannibalism/mutilation.
I dont think anyone is comparing periods to gore here or finding periods in general gross. Whats gross is its a bunch of older people being obsessed with a young girl having a period. Some people argue how its suppose to show Clem maturing ect, which is fine, but the fact there was a huge demand of "I NEED A SCENE WHERE CLEM HAS A PERIOD" is just very odd and a bit disturbing. Didnt see anyone saying they needed Gabe popping boners and asking Javi why sometimes he wakes up with sticky pants, probably because it seems most people who asked Clem to have her period also want a Clem sex scene or even rape scene.

I'm really hoping TellTale doesn't go with a rape storyline for the sole reason that I'm really tired of child rape discussions in the forums. It's truly a distressing event for anyone to endure much less children.
But AJ wasn’t around for the card game, and she was happy then...until the end where the personal question upsets her. Keep in mind if you choose Lee, it happened over 7-9 years ago and it still saddens her, therefore she HAS been sad this season so I don’t think it has anything to do with being strong for AJ.
Furthermore when she goes outside of the school to clear the traps area, without AJ, she’s still quite cheerful
You can not tell what she really feels, that she's smiling and trying to be strong for AJ it's totally natural. I can see that someone has h… moreurt her body, personally, I do not know if it's sexual, but it's the only thing that will cause her such trauma.

Btw lots of people complain about these rape theories. For fuck sake we're not coming up with these because we want it to happen, but because it is a common subject and the fact she had such intense recurring nightmares even tho she's tough, kind of hints at it: I mean rape is probably female's biggest nightmare fuel.

Looking back, it would be interesting to see how hints could have been different.
Yeah I understand.
It sure would.
On the money.

Yep, AJ also said: Same as you used to have all the time, indicating she had them before.
as someone alse said already tho,the moderate sex impact was in an anf episode too,for like a kiss or sum shit

Add in that they were two pretty young white(?) girls--and twins at that!
?
what that gotta do with anything
...Missing White Woman Syndrome...?
ah right, what that gotta do with shit in the apocalypse tho?
I know, I just really thought about it.
Although I suppose that could speak more about the raiders themselves
twin are more likely to be more... Fertile. Than others so if the Raiders are trying to repopulate.
Okay, that didn't have any [nonviable] reasoning for it--it's literally just "Ooh, twins!"

There has been some kind of degeneracy in the last few days.
Wait did Telltale make Clementine say she had period because lots of people talked about it?
Yes, it was talked about during ANF, but after episode 3 ended it blew up, and then episode 4 added it in.
Hm, that sounds not too dissimilar to the other thing.

Her nightmares could be from something else, like a giant can of peaches and beans chasing her.
This is just fucking weird. I'm telling the mods on all you guys.
