Which is worse? Jane or Bonnie

Both characters are the most hated of the game series, but which do you prefer? Jane of the second season or Bonnie of 400 Days plus the second season?

Also who is more redeemable?

  • I don't know if either are really among the most hated, but to answer all three questions:

    • Jane for the Title.
    • Bonnie for both of the OP.
  • i prefer Bonnie cause she isn't as terrible as Jane Meaning Bonnie is more redeemable cause she didn't risk a baby's life just to prove a point

  • She did lie to a kid about having a daughter her age and she betrayed Walter's trust plus indirectly stole food and water from him.

  • To somewhat showcase a bit of my thought process real quick, I'm gonna post this scene. Let what's being said and what it sounds like sink in.

  • oh yes i forgot about that now i dont know which is worse

  • Jane is still worse than Bonnie

  • i now think that Bonnie is worse because if you choose to cover Luke in episode 5 she will blame you even tho it was all her fault

  • To be somewhat fair there, she only went to try and save Luke because the presumably lighter Clementine didn't.

Bonnie no doubt, she betrayed Clementine for TWO TIMES, the first time she brought Carver to the Ski Lodge even after Walter gave to her a lot of supplies, the second time (if she lives) she was trying to steal everything, including that car, with Mike and Arvo, leaving the group and an infant without anything, putting them in danger.
And if Clementine decides to cover Luke instead to help him during the ice lake scene, she talks shit to Clementine telling her she had to help him even if the situation was really dangerous, ignoring the request of Luke himself to stay away and cover him killing the walkers.
Also she made Clementine to sneak through that slot in the museum without even scouting the place, and a walker almost killed her.

  • Kenny, the correct answer is Kenny

  • Bonnie no doubt honetstly Jane never really did anythingg wrong up until the AJ part

  • Just to get thoughtful here, define your take on redeemable.

If Jane is the most hated in the game, then why about 35% of players ended up with her in season 2?

She s talking about becca in that one if i remember correctly that dialogue only happens if becca and shell join carver s group. And i dont remember her saying anything about a daughter only that there was a little girl in the group.

I never disliked Jane personally, but I do kinda get why other people do. As for Bonnie, I hate her guts! I didn't think all that much of her in 400 days, but then all the way through Season 2 I just wanted her to fu** off and die: especially in my playthrough where Clem decides to listen to Luke and not move towards him on the ice, then Bonnie basically says "it's all your fault". Weeeell fuuuuuu** you, b*tch!

    Why noth both?
mexican music plays in the background

  • Bonnie! Bonnie. She is the least redeemable character ever. She's extremely weak minded, not loyal, and two faced. re-watch season 2 and 400 days. I would even go off to say that she is in my top 5 worst character ever in the walking dead universe. Trust me, once you deeply evaluate her character, Jane would look like a saint.

  • ** looks for people to argue with about Jane not being worse **

  • Not to mention she hits on a married man. And worst of all, she takes part of a plan to kill her former group, the 400 days group, who she had spend months on the road with.

  • To be fair to Bonnie, most of the more questionable stuff she was connected to were less active offense on her part and more just the way things played out because of who she was with.

Except maybe her determinantly telling Mike to just leave Clementine to bleed out on the frosty ground. That was pretty cold on contact.

    Who the hell is Roman?

  • Isn’t that the same as Vernon’s cancer survivor group?

  • Eh, sort of?
The other three decided to stop following Vernon and ended up joining Roman.

  • Oh ok, I presumed that Vernon left them, like Lily with the RV and Mike attempting with the truck.

  • Hm...I suppose it's vaguely possible, but I seriously doubt it.

Plus, Joyce's tone when talking about what happened in Season 1 implied the ill-advised boat plan failed after all, but was vague about what happened with Vernon himself.

  • There’s a lot of waterways up and down the coast from Savannah, chances are they got lost, met Roman’s group, andwanted to stay, but Vernon didn’t trust him and left after thinking Roman would turn his people against him and take the boat. I played Shel’s episode once but now it’s starting to come back to me.

  • huh you re actually right... just checked a LP where Shell dint join the howe s group.

She says it all the time, regardless if Becca is there or not

  • Well my opinion wont change:
Jane is way worse than Bonnie.
Bonnie may have stolen the supplies and worked for Carver ((with the latter having her be redeemed by freeing the cabin group.))
Which leaves only Bonnie stealing the supplies with Mike... Which i dont think is as bad as Jane considering how unlike Jane: Bonnie dint actually intend to kill anyone when she was with Carver and the supply steal really isnt as bad a case as Jane s scenarios of leaving Sarah to die and hiding a bady coupled with the whole fight at the end of season 2.
and in the end Bonnie actually cared about the Cabin group and the rest of the group alot more than Jane did if i remember Correctly you can even see her crying during Sarah s other death scene when Jane fails to save her while Jane clearly only Cared about Clementine as proven by how she wanted Clem to leave the rest of the group.
I know these things dont excuse what Bonnie does in episode 5 but that doesnt make Jane s actions any less worse.

  • BONNIE. Bonnie is AWFUL. Screw her. Sure, Jane's a shithead imo but she has enough about her where I think she has limits. Did she put AJ in danger? Hell yeah, but it wasn't like leaving him for dead. However one could argue that she sorta did, but it wasn't intentional! Unlike Bonnie who intentionally leaves Clementine for dead after she's been shot. Would blame people for Luke's death, but not herself. Brought Carter to us which started that whole damn mess. Man, seriously, I feel like having a 400 days moment and instead of Wall St it'll be us saying "Fuck Bonnie."
