So obviously I don't think telltale can complete the rest of the final season. So since they wont be able to refund everyone, what will they have to do. I don't think they can do that.

I would rather pay more fucking money to see the last episodes complete. Easily £200 donation because i fucking want this.
Here are my thoughts
They shouldn't have released the game at all if there was a chance they wouldn't be able to finish it.
To me, it feels like they knowingly scammed the consumer.
I'm confident they'll be able to finish the rest of the season. Episode 2 is already finished because it launches on Tuesday. Episode 3 is at least 85% finished since it's slated to launch in early November. The only one I'm worried about is Episode 4 since the skeleton crew will likely cause a bit of a drop in quality.
the skeleton crew aren't for TFS.
