Jake Rodkin has started uploading some old videos from a backup DVD that he has.

These should be pretty cool to watch.

  • Neat stuff. I still have my DVDs but I'm glad these are available online now. :)

  • Those Sam & Max thumbnails are terrifying..

  • I was hoping for more TWD S1 concept art/documentaries but this is fine I guess.

On that note, I just remembered about my TelltaleFan YouTube channel.

Here's some more oldies but goodies: In May 2010, Telltale set up a telephone number for the third season of Sam & Max, The Devil's Playhouse in New York at 1-516-vis-ion-1. If you called it (it's defunct now), you got this message:

In the Wallace & Gromit Muzzled episode data, there were files of audio bloopers. Here's a video I made using those bloopers (using the Sam & Max bloopers reel as a template):

Back to the Future: The Game Trailer:

Oh, and just for fun, a silly video I made of Sam & Max meeting Doc Brown from Back to the Future:

I'll always miss that old school Telltale vibe from like 2007 to 2010. Telltale was a lot more tightly knit back then in terms of staff/fan interaction, and some of the bonus stuff like this was neat too. I wasn't around super early, but I would read about the earlier days in passing as I lurked the forums around like 2009-2010.

This is really cool! Thanks for sharing Ozzy.

  • Yeah, it really was.
It was great seeing devs like Dave Grossman and Jake popping into threads to chat. They also had really good PR/Community managers back then. Emily really helped me out more than a few times on a tight deadline or three.

  • By the way, Emily has a blog, mostly about dollhouses and miniatures these days, but still fun to look at. http://www.emilymorganti.com/blog/

  • Cool!

I’ve wondered once in awhile what she was doing when I would run across her name in my address book. Nice to see she’s keeping busy with everything she has going.

    Thanks for sharing.
