What are the odds that the war the "raiders" are fighting is against Rick's people?

    The New Frontier is gone. Even if Richmond is still there and Javi is fine, The New Frontier that we met in season 3 is no longer a thing.

    Unless Joan/Clint came back, killed Javi and took over Richmond and picked up where they were before Javi showed up and shut them down.
